Cheap or expensive, they’re as ugly as fuck. And THE PROOF is in the fact that no-one (except the truly mentally insane) gets one done on their face. If tatts were so cool, not ugly, with it things to have, then they’d be plastered all over faces everywhere. But the truth is in the pudding, they’re not. The bottom line, unarguable truth about tatts, is the fact that they’re not found on people’s faces (again, accepting the mentally insane).
