Listened to the Miley Cyrus cover of a Bob Dylan song and sadly it’s not all bad. No, that would be easy. The music is quite good. Mellow and relaxed. But her voice ruins it. It’s so brash and coarse for such easy flowing music. Still I think she genuinely tried so I have to give her a C+ for effort.
