Eva Longoria has been keeping her schedule noticeably full the past few weeks, and according to E!’s Marc Malkin, it might have to do with avoiding her husband Tony Parker:
She was supposed to be one of the many celebs to appear at the taping of Anderson Cooper’s CNN Heroes of 2010 television special but she canceled over the weekend.
Could it have to do with husband Tony Parker and whispers that there’s trouble between them?
A rep for the Desperate Housewives star declined to confirm or deny her CNN cancellation, asking that we send an email requesting comment.
Asked if Eva and Tony have split, the rep remained mum.
It should probably be noted that Eva Longoria divorced General Hospital star Tyler Christopher, a white guy, after only two years of marriage, so it’d only make sense she’d stay with a black dude one extra year so no one figures out she secretly hates minorities. *looks at photos* Phew. No contradictions there. God, I’m good.
UPDATE: TMZ reports Tony filed papers yesterday in Texas. It’s like that show she’s on!

UPDATE: TMZ has pulled the story from it’s website, due to a lack of documentation & lying by the source. The original sources who said this are 2 court clerks who said the papers were filed & sealed. However, the court clerk who specializes in sealed divorce documents publically has said that no such papers exist and none were filed. So, this story is bullshit. Way to jump the gun, TMZ…
