Vanilla Ice Arrested For Burglary, The Circle Is Now Complete

When we last left Vanilla Ice, exactly one year ago today, he was starring in a Kraft Macaroni & Cheese commercial singing “Go Ninja Go,” so you’ll probably be surprised to learn he was arrested for burglary yesterday when he was clearly on the verge of a comeback. And by comeback I mean he was so close to landing Beefaroni. So close. TMZ reports:

Vanilla Ice has been arrested and charged with burglary and grand theft for allegedly stealing furniture, a pool heater, bicycles and other stuff from a vacant home in Florida.
Lantana PD tells TMZ … it’s all connected to Ice’s TV show, “The Vanilla Ice Project.” Ice was renovating a nearby home and allegedly thought it was a good idea to go to the abandoned place and take the items in question.
Apparently, even though the house was vacant, the rightful owner had a problem with someone jacking their belongings … thus the burglary charge.

According to USA Today, Vanilla was released from custody this morning and says the whole thing was “blown out of proportion” because apparently there’s some other way of matter-of-factly describing walking into a vacant house that isn’t yours and taking the shit inside for yourself. “Allegedly.” We’re not living in a post-apocalyptic society where a man has to scavenge to survive yet. Though I am intrigued by the MurderBikes you were obviously going to build with that pool heater. See? I’m being objective.
