Despite solid suspicions that Tila Tequila’s engagement to Casey Johnson was a Joe Francis-produced publicity stunt, she’s somehow landing interviews with People and now Extra where Tila announced she’s going to launch a custody battle for Casey Johnson’s daughter. Oh, good:
Casey Johnson’s fiancee Tila Tequila tells “Extra” she will seek custody of Johnson’s adopted daughter Ava.
Johnson’s mother has custody of Ava and Tequila says that’s not what Casey wanted.
“Her last wish was to have Ava, have me have Ava,” she revealed. The former reality TV star says she will file papers to adopt.
Granted Casey Johnson is the result of her mother’s parenting, there’s no way any judge in America will hand custody of a child over to Tila Tequila. I can’t believe I’m even saying this, but Britney Spears would have a better chance at adoption. She’d be under court order to provide Ava with a football helmet and a handgun, but you get my point.

Like any judge in the country would give custody of a child to a single woman with dubious sources of income, who dances in front of a webcam naked with a tampon string hanging out of her snatch. Tila knew Casey less than one month and the child is already under Casey’s mother’s custody. What? They’re going to wrest the child away from a (hopefully) stable environment and hand her over to some sketchy vietcong hooker? Even Tila knows it will never happen.
This is just another one of Tila’s tall tales told to keep the spotlight on herself. I find it rather shocking that any semi-reputable magazine would give this skank the time of day, much less grant her an interview. Tila is not actually seeking custody of Eva, she is just claiming she is. I’d bet my paycheck she has not shelled out one thin dime for a lawyer or counsel in this fairytale matter.

Nice try TILA, but Casey had Jasmine Lennard promise her that SHE would take care of Ava if anything would ever happen to her. Jasmine actually knows Ava very well. And Ava trusts her as does the Johnson family and guess what, Jasmine has her own money and comes from a very respectable family; so…. ya, wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you, TILA bc I don’t think you’ll be getting custody… K?
