Here’s a shit-ton of pics for those of you who missed the MTV Movie Awards last night which was practically nothing but two hours of those Twilight kids winning everything. At one point Sandra Bullock kissed Scarlett Johansson then Katy Perry and Christina Aguilera’s breasts danced around. That’s really all I remember. Oh, and Tom Cruise beat that gag from Tropic Thunder into the ground while J-Lo danced/confirmed she’s a level 5 OT now. MTV’s Award Show was a big success, opening its arms to many big names in the industry who showed just why they’re so loved by the public.
To no surprise, the sharpest of the bunch won in droves as the Twilight Saga sucked the blood out of the likes of Avatar, Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland and The Hangover.
The duo of Kristen and Robert will be a hard match to live up to with future performances on the big screen.
I raise my glass in your honor. You two made this award show and have also brought some excitement back to them.

Tom Cruise absolutely killed it as that unscrupulous movie-mogul rap star. I think he totally missed his calling in his movie career. He should be doing avant-garde social satire, the more over-the-top, the better.
All those movies where he tried to prove he could act, that one facial expression for 40 different emotions. Fuck it. Shouldn’t have wasted his time. Never seen him work so hard to be a character and succeed.

Very true. I specifically kept checking in to see Tom Cruise do the Grossman thing and to see Sandra Bullock. Those two were worth missing some of watching the Lakers gets rolled by the Celts.
