When I saw her in that dress, I thought it VERY unbecoming. The still photo MUST have been airbrushed. She is small busted and really not what can be considered curvey. If you don’t see a news cast or someone in” real life’, you need to know there is #1 camera angle, or #2 artistry of some sort. She has a long thick waist for the configurement of the rest of her. She had very fine plastic surgery 10 years ago. If there had been a hint of more, some tabloid would have jumped on it. For her sake I hope she doesn’t own that dress, because that would be a waste of space in her closet. The dress is just ugly and does nothing for her. It is too bad her family is not close. Her mother would never like such an ugly dress. She really needs to hang out with Stacy and Clinton. That dress is the opitomy of “What not to wear”.
IIRC she has PCOS or something, would take a truckload of hormone pills/IVF/eww for her to procreate again.

Besides…Kate cant BE pregnant because she cant GET pregnant the ‘regular way’. BOTH pregnancies were the result of IVF (invetro fertilization)…and I doubt she would spend any of her ‘mediawhore-earned money’ on having more kids. She cant handle the ones she’s got now!
