It is so easy to get tempted by other women and even is you are not all it takes is someone to claim you are and BANG you are in trouble with the girlfriend, wife or whatever (peopel will always make claims) so I am guessing here it is not just a claim that makes them split there is much more to it than that (the split tends to be the breaking point of many other pressures like their worklife).
I think what pretty much everyone on this message board is completely forgetting is that #1.
