I’m going to guess that she’s gained about 50 – 60 pounds. I gained 66 with my son. I didn’t even look pregnant, just big. My only worry for her is gestational diabetes, preelampsia, or stroke from high blood pressure during delivery. Other than that, if she’s healthy, it’s great! Btw, I quit smoking as soon as I knew I was pregnant (explains the 66lbs!) but my son weighed less than 5lbs, was prefectly healthy, and was full term. Go figure.
