Cellulite has nothing to do with age or how fit you are. Exercising can help get rid of it. Cellulite happens when fat in your body pushes through the tissue matrix above your muscle, called fascia. If the fascia weakens, holes in it become too large and fat pushes through. Exercising will burn some excess fat and can help reduce the appearance, but nothing can totally get rid of it. Since it is impossible to have NO fat whatsoever in your body, even skinny people can have cellulite.
It looks gross, and yeah it sucks, but it doesn’t mean she’s not working out. She clearly is since she has a flat stomach and toned arms.
God, I hate having to defend these twats but I can’t stand when people who don’t know anything about the biology behind it equate cellulite with being fat.
