Ricky Martin is so straight you’ll turn gay

I have known RM for nearly 20 plus years now.
I have never known a kinder spirit, a more gentle soul, a more devoted friend or a more amazing human being.
I have him to thank for an amazing daughter… and BEFORE people get hot and bothered over something more to gossip about, NO my daughter is NOT his child.
I was assaulted in 1992 and became pregnant (a feat that DRs swore was impossible) from that assault.
No one could know the horror of being given what you’ve prayed for, begged God for, in such a way. I wanted to die. Not only did I feel violated… I felt feel less than human for being conflicted about what to do. My wish granted but at what price? Could I handle looking into my child’s face and possibly see the face of my attacker hidden in his or her features?
I went to all of my friends for support and guidance. Every one of them were too afraid to give me their opinions given the sensitive nature of the situation. Fearful that if I decided the opposite of what they advised, that it would have long term reprocussions on our friendships. All of them EXCEPT RM.

It was RM that reminded me that no matter the origin of the baby I was BLESSED and the suffering I endured would be nothing compared to the joy this baby would bring to my life if I could carry to term (Which was another medical obstacle I faced). He told me that I was stronger than whatever negativity would come with my situation. He gave me the courage to choose to try and keep the baby; ‘accept the challange that my higher power had layed before me on my path’ and face it without fear.
Were it not for his strength of character, his unconditional love and understanding, his compassion for his fellow human beings I would not have what is now my reason for living. A beautiful 13 year old daughter (who was incidentally born 3 days before RM. LOL Appropriate let me tell you.) She is the funniest person I know with a soul very much like her first advocate. And I would live through it a million times over to have her. I would change nothing. I have lost 5 babies attempting to give her a brother or sister… So I thank God every day for RM and his friendship.
When I encounter narrow minded, irresponsible twisting of fact, and see posts that are just unabashed BS such as those that I’ve read on these pages, the only words to fitting to describe my sentiment are enraged and disgusted.
It is aggravating what people will distort into something its not just to suppliment their unfulfilling lives.
People need to understand firstly, that there are obstacled in speaking other languages in regard to idioms or slang. Certain things just don’t translate.
Secondly, what Eric and RM are doing in those pics is Yoga. A practice that many educated, enlightened, and spiritual individuals engage in. Perhaps those who feel the need to embellish upon everything and anything that has to do with him might find their time better spent trying it. It’s a far sight more respectable than living vicariously through others whether you agree with their behavior or not.
In knowing him as long as I have, the only comment I have on his sexuality is: He has ALWAYS been a Ladies’ man and a gentleman.

And just FYI…
A FACT which can be validated by many a study: If what he does in his bedroom matters to you, the significance from a psychological standpoint is that you probably wish you were in it. So what does that insinuate about you? Think on that before you post again.

What?s the big issue here?
first: He?s an artist, so whatever he does in his personal life doesn?t concern ay1 but himself. He?s a musician, so we all have to pay atenttion to his MUSIC.
Second:If the 1st isn?t enough, what should be the problem with his sexuality? He?s a person, and he carries a male organ, so unless he becomes a tv or a dvd player he must want to use it, and the use he gives to that is not my problem (or any of you people). I don?t see him showing his RM Jr on stage, so it?s not my problem.
Third: If the previous ones aren?t enough, if people want to know if he?s gay, that should mean HOMOSEXUALITY it?s a BAD THING (and unless you have a small moustache, comb your hair to a side and your first name is ADOLF, I do not see what?s the problem in diversity of choices or feelings). ONLY NARROW MINDED PEOPLE -not to say n*zis- think it?s a juicy gossip to find out who?s gay…. one of my best friends is and I don?t see how he?s changed (he didn?t turn pink with green spots or anything).
If someone doesn?t like RM music, that?s fine. But learning about his personal life and making judgments….GET A LIFE.
I hope you all find this site the same way I did (searching RM photos on google, instead of searching something else….if not: SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE)
