I think Janice’s grated-orange-peel neck is much scarier than her implants — which I don’t think are all that bad; in the picture here, they’re just smooshed/pushed up too aggressively.

Tanning will always come back and bite you in the ass later — or, in her case, the neck.

I think Demi is a rare case of decent cosmetic surgery. Her face doesn’t look overly plastic or stretched. If I felt inclined to get something done to my face (which I do not) I would be willing to visit her doctor. I think Ashlee Simpson looks better post-surgery. The other Ashley (Tisdale) needs another nose job. The nose is improved, but still not attractive.
