Unfortunately they are fake. She finally caved and got modest implants. She does look better with them, but the dr needs to reemphasize to her that when you have implants under the muscle, you do not work out your pecs ever again or your boobs end up square. Still, she works hard as FUCK for that body and good for her, cuz girl looks flawless…except for those awful veneers that are too big for her horsey mouth.
