so did they draw the picture to look like him, or did he have plastic surgery to make himself look like the caricature painting?

Totally cool of him to get his face done to look like his portrait.
Of the two, I would have to say that the picture has the more realistic cheek implants and hairline.
The George Burns caricature looks more like him than his does!

The caricature is terrible. Throw it away and hang HIM on the wall…not that it would be that much better…
The picture, to be a true caricature, would need much more Botox in the cheeks.
I like that artist was conscientious enough to capture where his lacefront wig attachment meets the scalp.
