WHAT HAPPENED TO HER HANDS OMG! Someone needs to help her.

I can even see the union of their hair extensions :S

Even the guy behind her is freaked out by her hands and doing his best “What’chu talkin’ ’bout Willis?” face.

Thats nailpolish. As in, she painted her nails at home and didn’t even have the decency to clean it up. Methface.

In every picture of a cracked out nobody only-famous-when-she-was-12-years-old is a guy saying it all with his puffy scowl.

I bruise like crazy and find bruise on my arm or leg and have no clue of how they showed up but I’ve never had a hand busted up like that. She’s either cutting or smacking her hand against a desk or wall or something to abuse herself. She really needs help or she is going to die.

She must get her meth packaged in newsprint.

Obviously nail polish – it’s shiny/shimmery on her thumb and ring finger. She’s just an impatient hooker.

She has been smoking way too much pot. That stuff is hell on your teeth, 10 times worse than cigarettes and the hand thing is just badly done nail polish. Looks like she did it in the car on the way there. She definitely looks stoned.

This isn’t nail polish. I’ve met plenty of drug users and I can honestly tell you that the bruising on her hand was caused by the heat of the glass meth/crack pipe. You begin to feel so good that you don’t notice the heat and it destroys your fingers. It appears shiny because her hand is swollen and perspiring.
