i dont know the future of fall out boy. its embarrassing to say one thing and then have the future dictate another. as far as i know fall out boy is on break. (no one wants to say the “h” word). as much as i dont have a solo project, i also cant predict that id ever play in fall out boy again. not due to personal relationships as much as a band we grew apart. in this statement id like to include there is the possibility that fob will play again with out me or i will be a part of it when everyone is on the same page. it is no ones fault and there is no animosity about the decision. i felt as fans you deserve to know. there is no singular reason for this. the side projects or bands are supported by all members of the band. i am the single biggest fan of fob and if this is our legacy than so be it. i am proud of it.

I don’t care whether he’s gay or not- that’s his business, not mine. What I DO care about is that people are using “gay” (homo, etc) as a slur. Sexual orientation is not a slur- it’s an integral, genetic part of a person, like being Irish, or blue eyed- and there’s nothing you can do to change it. You can cover it up or lie about it; but you can’t actually change it. Don’t slur on things people can’t change- only things they can. Like being a stupid douchebag…

Homo or no, I think Pete’s a pretty cool guy. Fob had some good songs, and put on great shows. He seems to be a good Dad, (that’s a rare thing lately) and has maintained a Hollywood marriage for more than thirty-six minutes. So even if you don’t like his wife, that’s gotta be something. That’s another thing, people spend so much time attacking Ashlee and Pete because they are ugly or dumb or whatever. You should really be happy that they have married one another and cancelled themselves out. Now you don’t have to worry about either of them calling and bothering you for a date. I know that’s a problem a lot of you have fighting celebs off your cell, looking for action.
Get a life people and grow up. These are people that we pay to entertain us. Most of them are fucked up in more than one way and most in many, many ways. We don’t pay them to be perfect, or our friends or to raise our children. We pay them to entertain and well that’s what they do.
