Paris Hilton posted a message on her MySpace pleading with people to sign a petition directed to California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to get her pardoned from her jail sentence. She writes (and this is her spelling):
“My friend Joshua started this petition, please help and sihn it. i LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!”
Is there anybody in the world who actually supports Paris Hilton? In anything? She could ask me to sign a petition to cure cancer, and the very fact that it’s her asking would make me not want do it. And I’d compare her spelling to Lindsay Lohan, but sadly this is still better. If Lindsay had written the message it’d be written on her computer monitor with marker and say something like: “Sine pitishin adequit!!!”
God Forbid..She doesnt get her way..lol.
Imagine the “withdrawls” she’s going to have going without any of her DRUGS (weed/meth/X/coke/crack/Vicodin) for 45 days. Shall we call it “forced” ReHab..? I say..any way you look at it..It’s a good thing.

1. Yeah, lets just let all the minor law breakers go unpunished. They seem really sorry! There’s just too many other “more important” things going on right now to worry about this.
2. She is the reason for a lot of the things going on. Granted, she’s not the cause for starving children in 3rd world countries, but she might play a factor in starving girls in America, trying to look like a coke whore just like Paris Hilton. She’s a bad role model for girls, she’s a shitty citizen, and she deserves every minute of jail time handed to her!

She didn’t kill or hurt anyone, not even herself. That is absolutely correct. And thank God that is so! Paris is a human being living in the United States, just like the rest of Americans. Her position in society MUST be overlooked on the account of bad behavior, and driving drunk certainly isn’t the type of example a socialite, of all people, should be setting for the rest of the public. Furthermore, I don’t believe the judge handling her case would appreciate being represented as a push-over to celebrities or socialites who break the law. Paris knowingly and consciously committed a crime and must therefore reap the consequences. To aquit her of jail time is a slap in the face to the judge who sentenced her, the millions of convicted DUI offenders who were prosecuted with jailtime, and to the American society who believes social status should not influence a person’s sentencing. From the other side of the story, please support the judge and his honorable position. She mentions other celebrities who have faced the same charges and have received no jailtime; she should have learned from their mistakes instead of believing she could also get away with driving drunk. Now she must learn from her OWN mistake. Let Paris experience the consquences to her illegal actions.

I don’t ignorantly hate Paris, but she has rightfully earned time behind bars because of her repeated offenses. Money can only give you a sense of security and entitlement for so long.

i am kind of surprised to see this stream of piss-angry comments that are completely off-topic and full of vitriol. why are there so many personal attacks?
first of all, regardless of whether you think paris deserves jail, just remember people go to jail for a lot longer, for a lot less. furthermore paris is not the only person to have to go to jail because of this crime. the law says she needs to go, and whether or not you agree, she has committed acts that warrant it.
secondly, i’ve been reading this blog for some time and i get the distinct feeling that the comments section is for comments on the blog posts, not an international war of the words.
finally, it’s a very serious accusation to call someone a pedophile, particularly a parent. i highly doubt someone would come to a blog like this and trumpet “i am a child molester” especially when they are admittedly a parent. i’m not going to launch into any personal attacks here but it is somewhat hypocritical to say that a whole nation of people are ignorant and “this thing” and “that thing” and then to turn around and (ignorantly) call someone something as vile and despicable as a pedophile. that is eminently immature. regardless of how you feel about this topic or anyone commenting on it, it is not very grown-up to make sick jokes about someone having sex with their child, particularly if you have no notion of jrzmommy beyond comments on the internet. i don’t know her but i find it sad that adults have so little ability to control themselves and feel the need to levy such an accusation just for the sake of an internet argument.
