Paris Hilton released for psychological problems

So apparently Paris Hilton’s medical condition was purely psychological and she was released from prison because she was in danger of having a nervous breakdown. TMZ reports:

Psychiatrist Charles Sophy visited Hilton in jail yesterday and the day before. We’re told after Sophy’s visit yesterday, word was passed to the Sheriff that Hilton’s mental state was fragile and she was at risk. The reason for releasing her had nothing to do with a rash or other physical issues. It was purely in her head.

So the big medical reason that got Paris Hilton released was that she wasn’t happy in prison. Which, I always thought, was sort of the whole point. Was she expecting to ride on unicorns and dance under waterfalls? It’s fucking prison. I’m pretty sure the inmates who get daily anal rapings are pretty upset too, but nobody’s letting them go home. The moral of the story is: if you’re ever put in prison just put on a frowny face and they’ll let you go. Oh, and make sure you’re Paris Hilton. That last part’s pretty important.

  1. WeAreTheWorld

Paris Hilton is the dingleberry on the anus of society.

I have to *laugh* and give kudos to Jesus Fucking Christ.

    Funny shit right there, yo.

I hired Richard Hutton, best DUI lawyer in LA, when I got booked for driving after drinking 4 OUNCES OF WINE. Hutton is smart, sane and very honorable. He stated at news conference that Paris’ sentence was extremely harsh for probation violation/
driving on a suspended license, compared to all the hundreds of DUI’s Hutton has handled over the years. That’s the truth. The judge was angered by Hilton arrogance, entourage and blatantly contemptuous mother. Hutton persuaded the DA to exchange 23 days in lockup for 45 days house arrest. How Paris got credit for a day served when she was at MTV awards has to be some weird technicality. Hutton knows all the ins and outs, and got them to count 3 full days and two extremely short days as 5. He got Paris a sweet, sweet deal, probably based on no priors, and there was no person or property damage in the initial DUI incident.

The legal basis was danger of mental meltdown, and Paris’ wealth and celebrity were undoubtedly factored into that. It sucks, but the State considers whether it would cost more to deal with Paris having an incarceration meltdown, or do house arrest. The State would have had to provide a separate room for Paris in a mental unit because of her celebrity. If she were Scott Peterson, they would have done so, but not in a simple probation violation. Too expensive for the State.

Paris got the right lawyer to cut the right deal. When I was in jail overnite for my DUI, I realized the biggest crime you can commit is POVERTY. The jail was full of poor who could not pay parking tickets, that went to warrant and the poor person ended up in jail for not having a quarter for the parking meter. People like the Hiltons never deal with anything like this.
They don’t care, because they don’t have to.

By the way, it cost me 15 grand to beat my DUI case, and Hutton voided 4500 of his fees because he’s a good guy, and I am not rich. Paris spends more than this on one outfit. Life is simply not fair.

I think her sentence is to walk the Hall of Shame for life.

In comparison, 45 days would have been a breeze and she might have even earnt some respect.

Was anyone surprised!? PH is the family idiot, her family has a bazillion dollars and we encourage her by paying attention to her ignorant behavior. She’s not like us, never been like us, never will be like us. Thank God! If she were emotionally stable and had half a brain she’d hold down a real job, wouldn’t go through worthless boyfriends like candy and wouldn’t be nicknamed ‘firecrotch’ or ‘Third Bimbo of the Apocalypse’. That’s the best she can do. That’s the best her momma can do. I’m not surprised the LA LE caved. Can you imagine the press and subsequent lawsuit if/after Princess Hilton went mental in jail? BoodyHoody!. I feel sorry for the average citizen when the LEOs now release her rather than arrest her when the situation calls for it because they know how things shake.

Retardation is ruining the nation. America’s legal system at (regrettably)it’s best.

I only wish for chocolate, and for someone to hit this bitch with a car.

    haha

    “justice system”

  8. Shooter

“We’re told after Sophy’s visit yesterday, word was passed to the Sheriff that Hilton’s mental state was fragile and she was at risk.”

At risk of what?!?! A hissy-fit? A tantrum? Of crying herself to sleep?

The backlash from this will hopefully destroy this whole idiotic fame-game these moronically shallow little rich girls are playing.

Get outraged…stay outraged…and post that outrage on every venue and bulletin board you can find. This is not only stunningly unfair and unjust, but it will do boundless damage to the reputation of a justice system that already suffers from a progressively poor one.

141: Ohhh now I get it. But you should speak for only yourself. I see many posts on here that are written by people with brains, who want coherent conversations, rather than who are just looking to “not be serious.”
I understand where you’re coming from now. Not serious. Just spewing hate. (Well, that was obvious.)
Now that my “one brain cell” understands, I am so much better off, as I can now get a deeper insight into those that follow your mindset.
    Have a beautiful day.
Oh, and just because I disagree with CA’s politics (it seems that many here do–and many live here, too) in no way means that I should have to “leave” CA (or the US, as another person suggested). That’s ridiculous. I don’t agree with the politics, but there still are many good things about this state. I know–you probably don’t understand how one can compartmentalize “feelings” and “disagreements”… but it “can” be done, and one can lead a happy, full life, even when having a polite disagreement. Oh, just for your clarity–”polite” means: “the practical application of good manners or etiquette. It is a culturally defined phenomenon, and what is considered polite in one culture can often be quite rude or simply strange in another.”
    Just so you know.

  10. Aerochick

141: I forgot to add that in no way did I call for protest. I simply suggested that the vocal people here, who so adamantly refute the lawmaker’s decision to release Paris Hilton, and who so vehemently argue against California’s politics, call their senators and assemblypeople–that just because they are not in CA (some of them) doesn’t mean that their voice won’t be heard. I believe in freedom of speech, and the upholding of the law. And I am one that believes that a few voices can change the tide of politics (which, by the way, is why this decision came down–so those people that have a position on this Paris Hilton case DO have a political position).

  11. ThatIsGay

    Psychological problems? Like what?

Hmmm well she certainly has a few sociopathic tendencies …

Paris is almost setting a new standard for retards. They used to be known for breaking the necks of small furry animals and competing in mock olympics … but now they can have killer legs and fuck people.

  12. Hollywood Agent

Paris Hilton is such a trend setter that she should be getting electric shock treatments.

After being out-of-fashion for over 30 years, I’ve heard that they are the latest medical breakthrough in Beverly Hills Psychobabble Doctor’s offices for people that don’t have any real problems.

  13. CompleteBreakfast

I am in total agreement with Aerochick. You don’t have to agree with California’s politics to live here. I too am a California resident who has a hard time refraining from slapping my own forehead when some of the legislation in this state gets passed. I love California; it’s a great state to live in and I doubt I’ll ever leave.
That being said, I still don’t think that we are politically “in the know”. Obviously, seeing as we contain all of the Hollywood-born-and-bred idiots that this site rags on, as well as the San Franciscans who seem to think that they make up their own country.
Honestly, even if you are uber left-winged, you have to admit that California’s logic is pretty far gone. Even though he’s a typical example of Hollywood’s control over our country, thank God for Schwarzenegger for at least trying to make this place halfway decent.

  14. elmmy

You know what? I work in a prison and see people have REAL nervous breakdowns nearly EVERYDAY. Guess where they are now? STILL AT PRISON!!!! I usually scoff stupid celebrity bullshit, but this seriously makes me completely outraged. There was almost certainly money exchanged at the right levels in order for this bullshit to have happened. FUCK YOU PARIS!!!! Fuck the system for letting other people rot away while stupid rich bitches go free. I am sickened.

  15. maria

    PARIS FUCK U

u need to stop being a child
i bet ur parents ar soooooooo ashamed of u

  16. cc

Paris may laugh now, but nobody likes or respects her and her career is shot to heck. She’s nothing but a manipulative, spoiled mental case who thinks she’s invincible. She’s not. Public opinion is going to be harsh. The punishment has just begun. People are outraged that the justice system can be bought off like this. She is a joke, along with this whole fiasco.

  17. Jos

Solitary confinement in Paris’ home is like having everything you want at your fingertips.

I’m extremely happy to see she got released from jail, it underscores her shallowness and weakness in the real world. She claims she will change, but she never will because nothing can save her any more. This woman is done. Ringworms have a better reputation than Paris.

  18. bobot

this untalented bitch should already be dead by now, but apparently the big guy up there still wanna mess with us down here a little longer….

  19. disappointed

the thing that gets me is that she is already TWENTY SIX. when will she ever grow up. i’ve seen 7 year olds with more sense than her. so sad…. her life is pathetic.

  22. Luy Sel

    This is simply amazing..

How could they let her out? Cant they see what an amazingly moronic example they’re setting? Putting Paris on house arrest after a judge made it very clear that house arrest wasnt an option makes no sense.

I’ve never really liked Paris, but now- I can honestly say I hate the little bitch.

She should have been kept in their to kill herself so the rest of us don’t have to be bothered by her shit any longer!

And don’t these jails have suicide watches anyway? Sending her to her million dollar mansion on house arrest is FAR from a punishment! Stupid crack whore! I HATE HER!

  26. HoboChic

Hard to believe someone like her who makes a living out of being reviled has such a thin skin, e.g., spending 23 days in a room alone and her inability to laugh at herself for the sake of saving face at the MTV awards. She must be absolutely delusional and not realize that it really is hatred of her, not love, that fuels her celebrity.
And yes, I have a booth where I counsel people for a nickel, if anyone else is interested.

  27. paris'twat

Speaking as her festering box, I can assure you it wasn’t a mental issue.

They had to release her due to a fatally toxic yeast infection she was spreading, which threatened the general population at the prison.

    Don’t let it get you!!!!!!!

  28. I hate Hollywood

I guess she’s crying out of the other side of her crack whore mouth tonight.
I’d still let her suck my dick.

  29. Agrees with 36

    36: I agree with you!
I cringe every time I see something like that.
Those that mock you only hate the fact that they don’t have any connection with God–they hate because they have withdrawn themselves from HIM and HE from them.
I believe that the message sites like this are frequented by outward haters that just want to abuse others to make themselves feel good.
And watch–I’ll be blasted for this–not a respectful conversation in debate, but simple minded, mis-spelled name calling. I’m used to it.
I suppose we should PRAY for these people. Like heaping hot ashes on their heads. ;)
