Miss California lying about topless photos

May 11th, 2009 // 146 Comments

A series of topless photos featuring Miss California Carrie Prejean, including the one above, were leaked to several gossip websites, and even more damaging, Carrie had failed to inform pageant officials of their existence. Her people quickly told everyone she was “naive” and only 17 at the time of the photos thus preventing their publication, but TMZ has learned she was of legal age during the photos, and even took them as recently as this year:

We obtained an email sent by the sponsor (we were asked not to use his name) and he says Carrie sent him one of the topless photos after January 6, 2009, asking “if she was in good enough shape for the Miss USA Pageant.” The date is significant, because that’s the day Carrie got a boob job. The former sponsor says the pic was post boob job and she was well over 18.

In the meantime, Donald Trump will announce tomorrow whether Carrie will be stripped of her crown for not disclosing the photos to pageant officials and using her title to campaign against gay marriage. Okay, I’m going to be honest, I basically zoned out after typing “stripped” and imagined Carrie and I making dull, boring missionary style love solely for reproduction while Jesus gives us the thumbs up.

How hot is hell? Seriously, level with me here.

#99 “Her position on gay marriage is precisely the same as Barack Obama’s.”

No, it’s not. Man, if you have to outright lie to come up with an argument to support her, just go on home. Obama has sponsored Illinois legislation banning discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, and he’s for civil unions with all equal rights and priviliges. Prejean “doesn’t have all the answers”, and so has no opinion that she’s willing – or capable – of giving about civil unions.

Prejean can speak her mind all she wants as a private citizen but if she’s doing it under the aegis of a title or position, that doesn’t mean Miss CA USA has to suck it and let her do it on their dime or in their name. If – AS PRESIDENT- Obama were filming spots for NOM and lobbying to deny civil rights to ANY group of citizens I’d be screaming for him to be impeached. I think Obama’s wrong since marriage is already a civil union so “separate yet equal” is inequal by definition. And personal opinion and recognizing the need to obey a law you’re sworn to uphold are two different things

It’s not the job of the president to interpret the Constitution for us and it’s not the role of the voters in California to do that, either – that what the state and federal courts are for. Unconstitional laws and measures get put on ballots and pass with a majority vote all the time – and they’re then overturned in the courts because they were unconstitutional in the first place. Reagan got elected Governor of CA on the tails of Prop 14, which allowed landlords to discriminate on who they could rent to. The Republicans and the John Birch Society loved that one and worked hard to pass it, just as the Mormons and others worked to fearmonger support for Prop 8. P14 was overturned 3 years later because it violated the 14th Amendment. So enjoy Prop 8 while it lasts – because it won’t for long.

  4. Tax the Rich til they bleed and die

We the people need to take our world back from the criminals who are running the little puppet show. Everything is a lie. The law protects the rich (he who can afford the better dirty lawyer), money is fiat and inherently worthless now; a lever whereby a scrawny soft-bodied parasite controls the output of the producers and steals the profits, military hardware is evolving off the scale. The military wants robots! They will do excatly what they are told with emotionless precision, no matter how butchering the process (kind of like Israel with the Palestinians). Television rots the mind and the dirty scum at Fox make light of this and even admit it! Yeah they really are aliens. Look how ugly the media pigs are. They are not the ‘rest of us”.
    \
None of this matters as it is not only almost too late but the majority of humanity is little better than an ape anyway.

But we the people need to take it all away from those who haven taken it all from us. That would be just plain fair.

As to the homosexual union thing. Nature produces our reality. Our brain interprets the data to the best of it’s limited ability. The average IQ is 100. Not very smart. All of our senses are terribly limited. We are weak and designed to be healthy for more than 40 good years. If that. There are homosexual animals besides Homo sultus (fool) proving that this state of sexual preference is entirely N A T U R A L.

As these facts relate to the various bibles – who gives a fuck? The judeochristian/Islamic branches are acutely bloodthirsty and irrational and should be discarded if we are to continue evolving as a specie. Perhaps even certain genetic flaws as well. I personally feel that intolerance of variance is and index of a simple mind and should also be deselected. Certainly the Republican mindset is a terrible disease and must not be permitted to have a place in a civilised world of the future.

Hey # 98: Actually Abrahamic law is some of the actual foundation for many a country’s legal tradition. Your position & right to assume certain inalienable rights- are given from Nature’s God, not the state. Life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness, endowed by your Creator. Read your Declaration of Independence sometime.

The US start up is tied to theism, even tho some try to rewrite. You may not believe in a single God but many do and their fire to fight for justice & freedom are always tied to the belief that their rights are given by God, not the state. Your comments make it sound like you might fit better in China than here.

The precious Constitution can be altered by judical activism, legislating from the bench- seems like it’s happening more now. That scares me.

Anyway, I’m in Utah/Arizona & I still would like to have my plural marriage, why can’t I? I promise no kids in the marriage, won’t that work? Why do you or anyone else get to define the arrangement? Don’t discriminate now…

Speaking of hypocrites, wasn’t The Fish recently mocking Disney and alleged ‘Jesus freaks’ over photos of Miley Cyrus showing her back? Now we have pics of another girl showing just her back and it’s some kind of scandal in this case? Funny how that works. Pot, kettle.

  16. cureholder

#56—As the saying goes, you are entitled to your own opinion, but you are not entitled to your own facts. Virtually everything you wrote in your post is factually incorrect, which renders your opinion pretty much irrelevant via ignorance.

    1. “The rich do not pay their fair share.” I suppose we could argue about what “fair share” means, but the rich pay the vast majority of the taxes in the country and also use far fewer government services than the rest, so its hard to see what more would constitute their “fair share.” I would agree they don’t pay their fair, share, because they pay way more. The top 1 percent of income earners pay nearly 40 percent of the tax money.

    2. “Let them know what it is like living paycheck to paycheck.” The problem here is two-fold. First, most rich people already know what it’s like to live paycheck to paycheck, because they did it before they became rich. (See more discussion below). Second, if the rich go paycheck to paycheck, the rest of us won’t even have paychecks—because how are the rich going to pay us?

    3. “If they say it is not fair for the services they perform (which is what most of us say anyway) we will tell em to dig ditches instead.” Excellent idea—let’s take the people with the brains and courage to be entrepreneurs, to invent and create things we all want, and let them dig ditches. Then we can all be poor.

    4. “When a country turns to a service economy that demonstrates that it’s concern are for the rich, not the poor.” This might be the stupidest thing I have ever read—but then I read the rest of your post. An economy turning to service (which is actually turning to information) is a sign that service is what that economy does most efficiently. You should take the time to read (or have an adult read to you) some basic economics.

    5. “Look. all I am saying is we should just take all the money away from the rich and redistribute it to the rest of us.” Brilliant idea. Only a few problems. First, you cannot “redistribute” the money to the rest of us, because it was never “distributed” in the first place. Before wealth can be stolen from someone, it first has to exist, and that means it first must be created. Creating wealth simply means finding a higher-valued use for something than it is currently being used for. This is what entrepreneurs and inventors do. So the money you’re talking about started in that person’s hand—it was created by them, not simply “distributed” to them. Second, if you take all the money away from the rich in this country, you’d get enough to get the rest of the population through about half a year. And you’d never get any more, because what entrepreneur will bother creating any more wealth when he knows you’ll just steal it form him?

    6. “Most of them have inherited their starting finances anyway so it was never really their money.” Not even remotely true. Less than one percent of the wealthy in this country inherited their money. Most of them got it the hard way—by creating something of value and selling it to other people. Names, you may have heard of, like Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Oprah Winfrey, LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Steven Spielberg, Stephen King, John Grisham and so on and on and on. Not one of these people inherited his or her wealth.

You simply have no idea what you’re talking about, and thus your opinion is worthless. Your only message is, “There’s more of us than there are of them, and they have something I want, and I’m too lazy and/or stupid to earn it myself, so let’s just take it from them.” There is word for that. It’s called theft. You’re just common thief who is commonly ignorant of the facts.

  17. justifiable

#105 First off, I think you’re referring to Mosaic law, because circumcision isn’t the basis for any legal tradition in any country that I’m aware of. And sorry, but the polytheistic Babylonians and Egyptians had laws against murder, theft and perjury well before Moses came down from Sinai. Secondly, natural law and inalienable rights have nothing whatsoever to do with the Bible or any other religious writings.

The concept of natural and inalienable law are philosophical products of the Age of Enlightenment, derived solely from man’s ability to reason for himself. Jefferson claimed these natural laws came from our “Creator” in order to help justify rebellion against an annointed king, and further did a belt and suspender approach – he said they were “self-evident” and then attributed them to “Nature’s God”, which Locke, Hobbes and Rousseau never actually did. Self-evident concepts need no divine provenance – they clearly exist in and of themselves, or they don’t. They don’t exist because of faith in any God or gods. You could argue that if that God created man, he also created his ability to reason and therefore the natural laws that are an integral part of that ability, but that’s the extent to which we might owe God our rights. That God is not necessarily a Christian one, either.

Jefferson, being a Deist, would be first to state that Biblical law isn’t the basis for our government, nor should it be. Like many of our founders, he believed the Bible and other texts were written and interpreted by men, and thus no indicator of any divine intent. He placed his faith in man’s ability to reason, not follow theological dogma unthinkingly.

Our start is NOT “tied to theism” – we didn’t fight a religious war with England. We broke from England due to improper taxation and lack of Parliamentary representation, among other things. Our government is based on the Age of Reason political concept of social contract, where gov’t authority comes only from our consent to be governed – and we give up some of our rights in order to maintain social order Governments, churches and kings can impinge on our rights without our consent, but it’s a violation of natural law and we have a natural right to rebel. That’s the concept behind the Declaration and the American revolution, not because Jesus told us he loved liberty and freedom and it was OK to fight for them. You clearly know as much about this philosophy as you know about China.

The Constition can be amended because men aren’t infallible and societies change and progress – and there are limitations to the powers of any branch to prevent an imbalance. If you want to overturn existing civil marriage and bigamy laws and have a bunch of wives, then bring it. But your argument better not be, “Abraham and Joseph Smith said I could.” any more than the opposing argument should be “Jesus says no, just look at Solomon”. In reality, it’s illegal because the government can’t keep track of multiple spouses and children. It can’t figure out how to tax you properly, deal with community property in divorce or prevent the obvious abuses that can and have arisen.

  18. Thomas Jefferson

History, I believe, furnishes no example of a priest-ridden people maintaining a free civil government. This marks the lowest grade of ignorance of which their civil as well as religious leaders will always avail themselves for their own purposes.

  19. cureholder is gay

“Less than 1% of the rich have inherited their money”. RIGHT! Where did you get that one?
As to the service economy. This is the worst thing that can happen to any NATION. Yes as in the welfare of the entirety of the populace. AS to your little information jobs – they are mostly in India you stupid babbling fag. Get your facts straight.
America has deindustrialized. We know longer manufacture jack shit here anymore. You and your rich Wall Street criminals now have been stealing our money by sending all of our work overseas to let oriental slaves work for us for next to nothing.
Asshole, have you ever read anything at all about economics? I am not referring to the stock market report either, thief. No nation that has degenerated to the point of a service economy has any real future. The money is all flowing out of the NATION into the other nation that performs the work for us. AND THEN to top it all off, we send even more money out of the NATION to buy the goods our little slaves have made for us.

This is all for the good of the rich. It destroys the middle class.

10 years ago I paid $7 a week for health insurance. How much now?
Everything is about lawsuits. The police are issuing tickets left and right purely for profit now, not to “serve and protect”. Well, they are for the court system and their little lawyers and judges. Fat money.
Now if a person gets a DUI no matter how slightly impaired that person is it costs him thousands in lawyer fees.

30 years ago lovely little big nosed lawyer took a malpractice suit for my father. He won. He took 70% of the settlement from my dad. He was a thief and under my races ancient laws I would have been able to extrcicate his head from his torso as a trophy. I would have given it to you though as you talk like you need a new brain.

That is how old the earth is. Get over it this is fact and says so in the bible. God chose a people over others that he preferred and told them to wipe out the 7 tribes living in what we call Israel and take that land and hold his covenant. Those 7 tribes had no purpose to God.
He sent his son to the cross for our sins because he loves us.
The crusades were a glorious epoch! Death and ruin and loot for the anointed! Halleleuah!

There was no evolution the earth is not old enough for such nonsense. Scientists have overactive imaginations.

Homosexuals mock the spirtit of the Lord and will burn in eternal Hellfire along with all liberals and democrats.

    Amen.

Hey # 117: Your words “but it’s a violation of natural law and we have a natural right to rebel “. So…. I can rebel against gay marriage- right? You were doing great till you got to the part about no plural marriage due to difficult taxing and community property issues. Lame. Same issues come up if you allow homo marriages. Easily managed. I thought you could do better. Your definition of “rights” don’t mean much without a foundation. Just to say our right to freedom & pursuit of happiness are God-given doesn’t constitute “theological dogma”. I hope you aren’t angry your whole life. Right on # 118!

  24. Joe

TZ has new topless pics of her – with her nipples on full display (but before the boob job)

She a very hot girl. She’s also a serial liar, but most social climbers are. She’s a hypocrite, but it not uncommon for poor, uneducated people to spout religious beliefs as a default in the abscence of any true education – and therefore they have an inability to see the contradiction in their moral stances (fake tits, vainglory is ok; but gay is bad)

Bottom line: she’s a horrible spokeswoman for what’s morally correct, but she’s one hot piece of ass. Put a cork in her mouth and drop those panties!

Obama said once that “he believes marriage is between a man and a woman” … but theres no way this guy can believe this .. it was probablly a slip of tongue as he has outspokenly quoted that he is for gay marriage and supports the fight for legal partnerships between same sexes.

All you god loving right wingest crawl back into your hole .. GOD didnt write the bible .. how the fucking hell do you know he doesnt want gay marriages?! And all of you that grew up in a conservative, homophobic, sexist, racist community and have parents like that ……. take a second to think for your fucking selves.Carrie prejean is just a stupid little girl that listened a bit too much to her idiot parents and never thought for herself. grow up all of you.

I don’t think it’s fair. she broke the rules. So, is this what we are encouraging here, that is ok to break the rules? Besides, Do anyone remember the vanessa williams photos. She was NOT allowed to keep her crown–HELL NO!

  29. justifiable

#123 No, *sigh* wrong again. You have no “right to rebel” against someone else having the same natural rights you have, any more than you can “rebel” because you think you should be allowed to deprive someone of their life. If you’re honestly incapable of comprehending where your natural rights end and another’s begin, you’re truly too stupid to grasp this. Stop now before you hurt yourself. Marriage and other civil rights for gay people – or any other group that’s different from you – take nothing away from your life or your personal liberties, and you’re still perfectly free to pursue your own happiness. But that “happiness” stops at denying anyone else the same rights you enjoy just because you don’t like how they look, worship, think or fuck.

You don’t need to first believe in God in order to have inalienable natural and civil rights – so, yeah, they DO mean a great deal all on their own. If you want to believe they come from the God you worship because that makes them more meaningful to you, fine. But if your argument is that because of that ‘divine’ gift we now have to consider some theological teaching as part of our civil code of laws, that IS bowing to dogma. FAIL.

Since you also managed to misinterpret the entire body of Declaration, which is a list of civil and political grievances of why we broke up with England, it probably went right over your head that Jefferson deliberately avoided the traditional “Christian” forms of identifying God – he uses pretty generic terms of “Nature’s God” (not even man’s), “Creator”, “Divine Providence” – no “Our Lord”, “the Almighty”, “God the Father” or indeed, even just plain “God”. In other words, he saw you and your attempt to insinuate a specific religious doctrine coming from a mile away.

“Right on # 118!” So pleased you FINALLY see that religious doctrine and law have no place in a free civil government. See you in church.

  30. Kimberly

Why is it that all these naked photos are taken by the lady herself?

    Self-obsession….

  31. Kimberly

I’m referring to Rihanna and Cassie too. And any other slut that has taken naked pictures of herself.

  32. cureholder

Yes, actually, I have read a lot of economics (unlike someone else in this discussion I could mention). That why (unlike someone else in this discussion I could mention) I have more than a grade-school understanding of the subject.

As for the statistics about inherited wealth, they are pretty easy to come by. Bureau of Labor Statistics, United States Abstract, and so on. Give it a try. I know it’s easier to make assumptions, but aren’t facts more useful?

I thought it hilarious that you assume I’m rich because I defend capitalism. I’m not rich by any measure. Then you “insult” me by calling me gay, which probably made all your third-grade classmates laugh so hard chocolate milk came out of their noses.

It’s impossible to discuss economics with someone like you who simply doesn’t know anything about it. And arguing with a fool like you is pointless.

  33. GAYGAYGAY

#44 Here you go, Ill be the homosexual you so long to hear from….

Having opinions is crucial, and respecting others is even more crucial, but when its such a sensitive and important subject for so many right now, there is a little diplomacy needed. Marriage was ONCE for man and women. Just like dinosaurs ONCE walked the earth, Jesus ONCE came to earth to spread the meaning of God, Drinking ONCE was illegal….etc etc. Im assuming you are a smart enough person to agree that we as civilization evolve. Unless you still have a black man chained up in your basement….
I think ive made my point already…but if you ignorant people still need a lesson in tolerance…i hope these reasons why gay marriage is oh so wrong makes you feel a little like a fuck head!

    1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.

    2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

    3) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.

    4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn’t changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can’t marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

    5) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Brittany Spears’ 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.

    6) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn’t be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren’t full yet, and the world needs more children.

    7) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

    8) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That’s why we have only one religion in America.

    9) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That’s why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

    10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven’t adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

Evolve people! Society never got anywhere staying in one place.
And its women like this that simply hault the wheels that homosexuals have already put in place for us. Its wrong for two women to be together or for two men to spend the rest of your life….but buy boobs and post your naked body all over the internet….

Wow God must be sitting in heaven thinking….”Where the FUCK did i go wrong” waving his fist in the air wishing he could personally slap you ignorant fuckers off your ass for not having the least bit of EQUAL compassion for people.

yes I love to insult those I hate! I have also studies contemporary history and some economics. How can you defend the current system that has socialized the fortunate by giveing them every tax break imaginable.
Time for the rich to cough up the stolen goods!
Time to get rid of central banks as they are all private and steal the wealth of nations.

  39. TC

I think the faggots and weirdos should shut the hell up and slither back into the AIDs infested gutters where they reside. If you don’t want someone’s opinion, don’t ask for it. Moreover, if you don’t like what you hear the problem lies with yourself.
Marriage is to protect children…not the pride of gross asspumpers.

  40. Lesbooo

    Guess what…
dear #122…We will all face judgement in the end. ALL of us. You and your fucking ignorant words included.
No one was put here to be the voice of God and no one can say what it is God wanted for society. The bible was written far too long ago to take it as contextually as you christian extremists do. The one line in the bible that directly mimics the negativity towards homosexuals is that Man should not lie with another man, it is considered an abomination. HOWEVER in that same bible chapter it says man should never walk bare foot on grass, or man should never eat raw fish….all of these are too an abomination. So surprise surprise, you ignorant fucks take the one thing you WANT to believe, and make it fact. But if you have ever walked on the grass without your shoes on, i hope you burn in eternal hellfire with all the democrats and liberals sodomizing you daily.
So for now #140, its easy to call us faggots and weirdos (i wont even comment on the AIDS comment cause thats a whole other level your attempting to climb)
but when YOU face judgement….then we will see just how tolerant God is of us “faggots” and how tolerant he is of people that called us “faggots”.
If you really think you and your hurtful biggetry is more respected by the Lord then me liking boobs….you will have quite the rude awakening come judgement day.

Oh and marriage is about family. If you think its not possible for a gay couple to have that then you are naive. Gay couples give a family to children that may not have one otherwise. And you think that makes us gross asspumpers!?

Do you have ANY idea what kind of actions your words produce. Did you hear about the 12 year old boy who hung himself by a power cord off his balcony because he lived every single day in constant torment about being “gay”. Do you hope hes burning in eternal hellfire as well?

One day the gays will rise above!! muahaha

She is entitled to an opinion.

Perez is a talentless rectum ranger.

    End of.

This woman is a huge bore. The more she speaks, the uglier she gets. Do you religious whack jobs realize that it took the colorado river more than 500,000,000 MILLION YEARS to cut the Grand Canyon. So, while you type our religious dogma, the world will keep spinning long after you turn to dust. You are all so self important when you actually mean NOTHING in the larger context of the world. Who am I to say that a gay person shouldn’t have the same right to be unhappy in marriage that the rest of us have? It’s equal protection under the law. Either we are all equal or we are not. We need to evolve people. The world is different, people are different. So, we evolve. Is it so hard?

I wonder if she can gap on command. Now there’s something for the talent competition!

  45. Intolerance of liberals who are constantly preaching tolerance is just too much. The girl is entitled to her opinion. Just because you do not like it you rip it to shreds? Think – what the silent majority of Americans agree with him.
