Carey said having children would leave her feeling “violated… I know that’s a kind of weird thing to say, but that’s how I am. You gotta take care of yourself,” she said. “You have to try and stay pretty, you know.”

I think Mariah is far from ugly, but if I had her money I would be 10 times hotter my damn self…..and Ive had 4 kids……….If she doesn’t want to stretch out her body that’s her perogative…….having kids is definitely a struggle especialy if due to some bad life choices you are single and doing it alone like me…..she seems to be in a place where she wouldnt have to struggle at all financially if she did have children, she just must not have the desire to have anyone dependent on her or enough sense to raise one productively…….I wouldn’t take back any of mine, I would just make more sensible choices when it comes to a mate…..be careful who you breed with ladies it always comes back to haunt you……..LOL

I dont look down on motherhood, I look down on the people posting here who act like Mariah’s so horribly SELFISH for DARING to want to control her own life and/or body instead of giving it up for something she doesnt want just because someone else thinks it would somehow inexplicably improve her life or character. And if you “wake up after having spent your twenties and thirties pursuing empty hedonism and find that you’re all used up and no decent man wants you” …how is having a kid supposedly going to remedy that??
And just because someone doesnt want to be a parent doesnt mean theyre “hedonistic”. They just have PLANS for their future that dont include dirty screaming little faces, that’s all. Umm… hello. There are too many fucking people anyway. Don’t hate on someone who is smart enough to know kids are not for them. I know a few people who should be “fixed” for their own good and for their hypothetical future childrens’. At least Mariah is smart enough to know she doesn’t want them. I love kids but will never have any. I love me too much.
Why does anyone think Mariah is trash. She’s pretty classy actually. She writes songs to include words most of you have never heard. She is elegant and enjoys the finer things in life. She dissed eminem without blatantly mentioning him. (Which he deserved). Also, when it comes to sex she is a prude. That is the opposite of a whore. And she is definately not a slut. Mariah was unique when she initially released her songs. And, I believe the dumb,sexy girlie-girl thing was partly an act to create her image. But that was 20 some years ago; now in the year 2008, she just makes me tired. I feel sorry for you if you Mariah Carey is the what you perceive as classy.
Enjoying the finer things in life does not indicate class. Any bum can enjoy them, it’s more how you acquire them and why you choose them. I have seen some very low-class ignorant women who enjoy the finer things in life as long as someone else is buying. The same women would not know class if it bit them in the butt.
I am glad that Mariah will not procreate. It would be heart-breaking to see what would become of a child she tried to raise. Shame on her for shunning Motherhood. Imagine if she would accidently become pregnant… She has immortalized her distain for any innocent child who would ruin her self-proclaimed pretty appearance. And the dumb-***** proclaimed it publicly. For that comment alone, she should have her tubes tied.
This is the most horrible thing I’ve heard said by any women regarding children. By nature, we love babies to the end that, when we have one in our arms; nothing else matters. I believe we get a little added fat so that we are more comfortable for our babies as we become their furniture for the first year as well as their food source. Something a REAL woman doesn’t mind.
She is just ghetto trash, I watched her in a an interview and she slipped in and out of her “princess” act. She is a victim of too much self-love. Which proves she is not only heartless but a bad judge of character. But someone has to love her- it’s just weird to have it be herself.
Miss Carey is just too full of herself. I think 40 is a good time for her to retire.
Thank God teenage girls today have been raised with enough sense and self-esteem to pave their own road. Can you imagine if females like baby-hating Mariah influenced our young girls. They should know it’s a gift from god to be able to create a human life.

Oh No, #39 I cant’ believe my eyes. Sir I do wonder if perhaps you erred on your comment. You said a woman should not be over 75 pounds. Did you mean 75 pounds overweight? There is a difference. Children weigh may weigh 74 pounds or perhaps and adult with a pituitary disorder. I know all men have their preferences but a normal, adult woman will not be 75 pounds. So either you are a fetish-freak or you made and error. Example: I am 5’6″ and the doctor told me my normal weight should be around 140 to 150 pounds. But to me, that is not comfortable. Because of working out, I have 11% body fat and weigh 118 and feel healthy. By other peoples standards, I have been told I am too skinny? But it’s just because I lift weights and keep thing in check that way. Did you know that there are men who actually prefer a larger woman? Some because their P**** is too large for a small girl, they say it’s not gratifying. TMI, sorry!!! But I have been told that by some men and some larger women that this is the truth. You would be surprised what is discussed in an office of female employees!
