How many times does she have to tell the guy where she was for god’s sake?! and the pissed tone of voice “answer my questions mam” for all he knew at the time she could have been getting stabbed to death. ” Answer my questions, don’t defend yourself, just ANSWER my questions” ok it turns out she wasn’t but how the hell would he know?

She was panicing so was not exactly going to be clear and coherant.
If you’re halfway down a road minding your own business and suddenly someone starts chasing you and you need to quickly pin point your exact location.. does it seem simple? Hell no. It sounds stupid from here because we are just hearing her not paying attention to an important question but we don’t see what else is going on or understand the affect of her panicing.
If you (and #47) are indeed a 911 dispacher, you just proved that most of you are douchebags. I’ve heard a few operators who managed to stay completely calm and did an amazing job.
That was damn amateur. NOT the kind of person who will put a panicing person at ease, you know to expect callers like that. Your job is (supposed to be) to get them to calm down, stay calm yourself and not show any emotion as you get the details. The guy was clearly pissed off and that is unprofessional.

If the police officer had actually LISTENED to her when she was trying to tell him where they were, the whole issue could have been avoided. She was trying to tell him what street she was one, but he kept interrupting in that annoyed tone “Ma’am, I need to know where you are.”
