I have always suspected that there was something unnatural about Kim fat butt, but I don’t think she has actual butt implants. She has wide hips that usually go along with a big butt, but her butt does not have a natural shape at all. It appears that Kim Kardashian has had liposuction (or liposculpture) on her lower back, upper thighs and hips. This sculpts the butt so the side profile of the butt looks bigger and perkier by defining it. Unfortunately there is not much they can do with the backside of Kim’s butt and this is why we never ever see entire butt shots of Kim, unless someone took days to improve it by airbrushing. They did a great job airbrushing Kim’s lipo lumps and cellulite. Here is a picture of Kim with her lipo lumps and cellulite. This was obviously not taken by Kim’s personal photographer and air brusher.
