I am fit and work out regularly and it shows. Some people at work tend to ask me advice about a healthy lifestyle and I’ve helped many lose weight to their delight. Some people get hurt when the doctor tells them to lose weight. They tell me that they have curves in the right places and I kindly remind them that although some find the fat attractive, your doctor is trying to do you a favor by reminding you to lose weight by eating right and exercising. The bottom line is fat is unhealthy and can lead to health problems. As far as you talking about our children; the US has the highest obesity rate for children. We need to educate our children about eating right and exercising regularly, so they will not be the typical fat American like Kim. Instead of fat people making excuses for fat people; fat people need to start a healthy lifestyle. Good luck with your weight loss program.
