I thought Katie’s performance sucked. I definitely would not call struting around dancing, especially on a dance show! Her pretaped lip synching performance was an effort to promote DizzyFeet but did nothing for the celebration of the 100th episode!

This “performance” reminds me a lot of the one Kevin Federline did at the Kid’s Choice Awards to launch his “rap” career. It was a gigantic FAIL. He and Britney divorced a month later. You do the math.
As a dancer, I think it’s insulting that they even considered that a dance, on one of the best dance shows on TV. Way to alienate the dancers in the viewing audience.

Too be fair, I thought she was actually quite good making her Broadway debut last year in All My Sons. Believe me, I’m no fan of hers. She generally makes me break into a rash, but this was the first time she showed actual (gasp) talent. Oh yeah, and she did look pretty damn fine too.

She was sooooo fine when she was on Dawson’s Creek, then she married Tom and went to shit. This is the first time since she married him that I saw a hint of that hotness again. She still needs to gain about 10 pounds, though. Round off those sharp edges a bit. Even if it was pre-recorded and she was lip syncing, that was still her voice, and she didn’t sound bad at all. And hey, at least she’s getting out of the house!
