Anyone who has seen just one episode of the reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8 is probably wondering how the hell this didn’t happen sooner, but Jon Gosselin has allegedly been caught with another woman, according to Us Weekly:
Jon Gosselin arrived at the club at 11:20 p.m. and by 2 a.m. “could barely walk” as he exited the less-public back entrance of Legends Lounge — near the family’s $1.3-million home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania — on April 18, a fellow partier tells Us Weekly.
The dad of 8 — kids are twins Madelyn and Cara, 8, and 5-year-old sextuplets, Aaden, Joel, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Alexis — was overheard yelling, “Hey, babe! Babe! Give me my jacket!” before climbing into his Nissan Nismo. (She complied.) As cameras began snapping, he panicked, urging his female friend to “get in the car!” before speeding off hastily — without even turning on the headlights.
His wife Kate was on a book tour in Washington promoting her latest book at the time, and apparently, this isn’t the first incident:
In February, the 32-year-old was spotted flirting with — and even attempting to kiss — coeds at Juniata College, multiple students confirm to Us Weekly. (He denied any wrongdoing.) He told one coed “he was getting divorced.” In the May Ladies Home Journal, he says, “I always thought I would be, like, 54 years old and marry a 19-year-old or something.”

When I first read the write up for this programme (due to be aired in the UK) I thought it would be an interesting insight to infertility and the possible outcome of multiple births and of of course coping with a larger than normal one off delivery of 6 babies!! However after about 10/15minutes into the show I had to switch over, the woman (Kate) drove me mad. Whilst I agree that having 8 children must call for a certain amount of rigid rules and organisation Kate Gosselin is more than a little OTT (over the top) and even though she addmitted to being a “control freak” she never seems to waste any oppotunity to belittle and ridicule her husband in front of countless viewers and those poor children have probably worn a huge hole in the floor where the “naughty corner” is, a few of them seem to spend such a lot of time there for piddling misdemeanours….THEY ARE CHILDREN!!!. I seriously don’t think this show should have ever gone to air, the parents are gaining wealth and status at the expense of their children and Kate is becoming more and more of a Diva. It is little wonder that Jon has “played away from home” as the saying goes “If you throw enough shit at someone it eventually sticks” and lets face it he has had more than his fair share of the sticky brown stuff flying his way and seriously after having had twins by IVF why the heck did they proceed to having further treatment whilst Jon was unemployed???? they had 2 children that they never thought they would have why not wait until they were financially able to have more? instead it’s you guys (Americans) that are paying their bills,their luxury holidays,their fancy car and all the household ( all $1.3 million of it) help they need,it’s a disgrace! inappropriate comments may be removed is a joke as most of the comments are full of vile and vulgar language. i know it makes most people feel big and in control if they use cuss words or street terms for body parts, but it just shows your stupidty in certain areas. if you had paid attention in school re: anatomy you could converse on a much meaningful level with others. as for the show jon and kate plus 8, it was their decision to have more children. we are not a nation that dictates how many children we are allowed to have. if so, we would have a nation that is so biased that nothing would be sacred. also what happens when the cameras are off is private and nobody can even guess what occurs. everyone just uses their puny little imaginations and dirty minds and let the words flow, no matter who gets hut in the process. jon and kate are adults and therefore is only held accountable to themselves and to god. they need to be more aware of how the world preceives them. i like the show. although some of kates actions are more controlling than i would use she does have things in line and can organize way better than i. as for jon he needs to be more assertative if he feels he knows better than kate on some matters. as for the children they are well behaved. more so than some others i have seen out in public. as for the fit throwing the children sometimes do, all children do this. it is for the parents to control them the best way possible. as for them having a tv show about their lives go for it. just be sure you can handle all the stones other people tend to throw your way. as for jon being out at a bar. jon, who was with the children while you were out. what you do reflects back on you, but your spouse and children as well. i can personally say that what a husband does or doesnt do hurts the spouse and children. my husband use to go out with the boys to bars after work on occasion and talk hurts all parties. this is going to be hard for the family to get through d/t someone being nosy and taking pictures and putting in the press something that is very private between a husband and wife. i would much rather help out a family unit than help all the other unwed mothers who are prostituting themselves just so to have children so the government will pay them to sit at home to do so and to have drug habits. it seems the government likes to do this. as a mother of a unwed mother, i talked with her about her options. she chose to have the baby and with our help (mine & her fathers) she is now married and on the road to a great life. and we have a wonderful granddaughter. it is ok to make one mistake and ask for assistance but the 2,3,4,5 mistakes shows a pattern of irresponsibility on the womans part. so whatever happens to jon and kate it is their decision and not the country’s. so i wish them well and hope all works out for their sakes and the sake of the children.
I’ve been married for 8 years and we have 2 kids. We both work full time outside the home. Our life is stressful. I can’t imagine 8 kids and being a stay at home mom. For everyone judging this family- try to remember…
1- Kate is an obsessive compulsive person. Although she may be a challenge to deal with, if it wasn’t for her their household would crash. Jon himself has commented that he is glad she’s the way she is because he’s completely opposit and together they create a good balance.
2- Kate is a stay at home mom and although it’s very rewarding to be the one who cares for and raises your children it’s also the hardest. There is no adult interaction, no time off and you’re taken for granted. Their babies are cute, but I would never want to be in her shoes.
3- With 8 children running around and house work and bills and their show of corse the parents are stressed. In the moment there is no time for honey please so they come across demanding (Kate more so because she’s the one who’s usually running the show). It doesn’t mean they don’t respect eachother it’s just not possable to consider they other’s feeling when you’re responsible for all those kids. Sure Kate tends to “snap” frequently and often which I’m sure can be annoying but Jon does let her know when he disagrees or she’s over reacting or if she’s annoying. All that matters is what happens at the end of the day between husband and wife. If they are still one the same page, desire the same future and still love one another it doesn’t matter what anyone says or believes. The cameras don’t show this time between husband and wife or else maybe we’d see a different side of the couple.
4- I don’t understand how a man with 8 kids and a wife out of town has time to close a bar, but if that’s how Jon relieves his stress who are we to judge. My husband goes out nearly once a week…it works for us. I am a home body so I choose to relieve my stress else where.
5- I find it hard to believe that Jon is that stupid to think he wouldn’t get caught cheating on Kate especially after the last time he was photographed out. Allegedly he was all over college chicks although he says he just took a picture with a fan. He saw how much that was blown up so if he is truely cheating I can’t believe he’d do it in a public place.
Anyways these people opened up their lives and home for us all to be a part of. Sure the money and oppertunities they received in return made it all worth wild. They don’t pretent to be something they’re not. There isn’t a script and they don’t try to act a certain way for the sake of the show. Instead of putting this family down for the way they act achknowlege them for consistantly being real. You may not like Kate or Jon but that’s who they are and what they are. Don’t watch the show if they annoy you. I find it refreshing to see people on tv that aren’t perfect and have problems like the rest of us.
And for the people posting rude comments about the children- grow up! You are talking about kids who are 8 and 5 who has done nothing to no one. They don’t deserve their name slandered because you have a problem with the show or the parents or their decision to show their life on tv. Is one child more annoying than the others- yes! Is one child more needy than the others- yes! But they are just kids. They have morals, mannors and faith. They have a strong family bond that always comes first.
