This is the last time I will address this subject.
I’ve sat by in silence for a long time now about the way women’s bodies are constantly scrutinized. To set the record straight, I’m not upset for me, but for all of the girls out there that are struggling with their body image.
A size 2 is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn’t make you beautiful.
What I should be doing is celebrating some of the best days of my life and my engagement to the man of my dreams, instead of having to deal with photographers taking invasive pictures from bad angles. I know what I look like, and so do my friends and family. And like all women out there should, I love my body.
To all girls with butts, boobs, hips and a waist, put on a bikini — put it on and stay strong.Xoxo

OK, to set the record straight….
Cellullite is the result of a sedentary lifestyle. When the body is in motion all the time, and not just from the house to the car, cellulite takes longer to attach itself you your skin.
So saying skinny girls get cellulite is not a fair assessment. Lazy people get cellulite. Or if you are not lazy and have cellulite, I’m sure it took a while for you to get it, do I make a point or not?
Please I make it my lifes work to at least have straight facts or close to it.

She’s not fat. She did the right thing by speaking up on behalf of girls because too many girls have a negatvie body image. Size zeros look like the Crypt Keeper and are not attractive. Size 2′s not far from looking like Crypty. Anorexic women are ugly. Real women have curves.
BUT….
I’m glad she loves her body, but she should love it just a bit more and put some exercise in her life and consult a nutrionist for a healthy eating regimen she can live with. Not to be stick thin, but because later on she’ll feel and be heathier. It’s clear that she might want to cut down a bit on some the foods she’s eating and burn a few more calories.

Despite all the mooing from the cows about how obsession with thinness is causing women to starve themselves, if you look at American women at the mall or the market or wherever, there isn’t an epidemic of anorexia, there is an epidemic of OBESITY! All that guilt-tripping about causing anorexia is just a smokescreen.
The fatties here are trying to make fat “the new normal” just as over-the-hill former hotties (Desperate Housewives) are trying to make 40 “the new 30″. Both are doomed to fail.
Face the truth: in this country both men and women judge women based upon their looks, and both men and women judge men based upon their wealth and income (and height). Women like JLH who are highly-paid and famous in large part because of their looks are fair game and shouldn’t be so self-righteous when they are called out for not upholding high standards.
And to you fat cows: instead of wasting time at your computer trying to lower the bar, trying raising your own standards by getting off of your fat butt, eating less, and working out more!
