UPDATE: Jennifer Hudson’s nephew’s body reportedly found

October 27th, 2008 // 169 Comments

God, I was hoping it wouldn’t end like this: Authorities have found the body of a 7-year-old African-American child in a White Suburban that was owned by Jennifer Hudson’s late brother. The SUV was believed to have been stolen by William Balfour and was reportedly the center of the domestic dispute that ended in the fatal shooting of Jason Hudson and his mother. TMZ reports:

The body was found inside a 1994 white Chevy Suburban. It is the same SUV owned by Jason Hudson, the murdered brother of Jennifer. Before his arrest, cops were looking for William Balfour, the suspect and estranged husband of Jennifer’s sister. The license plate of the Suburban matches Jason’s SUV.
The SUV was found a few miles from the area where cops arrested Balfour.
The SUV is now being towed from the scene. Unclear if the body is still at the scene. No ID so far.
Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Balfour was arrested Friday night.
The SUV has been towed with the body still inside the vehicle. The SUV is now at a police garage in Chicago.

I don’t want to get all talk radio on you guys, but I seriously hope they figure out who did this and throw the book at him. And by book I mean the electric chair. You have to have no fucking soul to kill a child. What the hell did he do to you? Just a terrible ending to a terrible series of events.

The Superficial’s deepest, heartfelt condolences to the family of Jennifer Hudson.

UPDATE: Julian King’s Amber Alert has been called off, according to TMZ. Not good.

Oh, but they’ll get a trial on the taxpayer’s dime, and there will be endless discussions about THEIR rights…blah blah blah blah blah, and in the meantime a little boy and his grandmother and uncle are dead.

Fuck it, shoot ‘em down on the spot. Take them out of society. They don’t deserve shit.

Blacks glorify thug behavior. The community embraces it and hates any cop that tries to stop it. In the end, we should give blacks 4 states for just themselves and let them live like they were meant to live.

No death penalty in Illinois, so I hope they torture the guilty SOB everyday for sixty friggin’ years. Every conceivable, unconstitutional, Abu-Gay-rab, Gitmo, Polish Concentration Camp torture they can dish out. If he starts dyin’ revive his ass, just so he can serve out his full tortuous sentence. Oh,and make sure he serves his sentence in the Northern Marianas, best unregulated US dependency, no labor law, no human rights law, no using prisoners as male prostitutes law.

I share the anger and horror and grief of many others. Condolences to the family. But I don’t think this is a time to discuss about death penalty. It’s a time to pray for an innocent child, for a destroyed family. We can discuss later, and as usual, we will discuss heatedly and prolonged. But not now. Too horrible not to stand united in shock.
(Just try to ignore racist fools like #9. For theories like his, no life on earth is long enough.)

#9 Save that for the next Klan meeting you dick. Its amazing that even when we are presented with a story that should bring everyone together, there are still pathetic, sad wastes of human DNA that manage to say something idiotic like that. May God have mercy on you.

The story itself is incredibly sad, and any words I have will only trivialize the situation.

Why is your comment even necessary? It’s times like these where you should STFU if you have nothing considerate to say. And writing “sure, this sucks…BUT” when we’re discussing the senseless killing of ANY child makes you a grade A douche.

I don’t believe it is bad to bring a this to attention ‘just’ because his aunt is a celebrity. I think it helps us to relate and we put ourselves in the situation. Maybe Jenniffer will end up being a role model with how she handles the situation in the public’s eye. I am so sad for the little boy, god bless his sole. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

my prayers for this poor family. Is there any punishment harsh enough to make up for what that little 7 year old went through? It is said that sinking to the killers’ level to wish for torture won’t bring that little boy back but if we stake thekiller out on an ant hill, won’t that deter another murderer? Oh yeah, the ball gag, I forgot the ball gag. Actually I am not cut out for determinations such as this. I vote send him to some professionals that are already serving time.

Blacks have made it impossible to imprison black criminals because the community cries racism every time one of the thugs is put in jail. The black community always claims that blacks are jailed for things that whites wouldn’t be jailed for. So, in order to please the monkeys, the thugs get a slap on the wrist and are allowed to rape, murder, assault, and steal, as much as they want. This is why humans are forced to leave their neighborhoods when black culture shits all over it.

    #19,
Here the thing, we KNOW about this one, it is publicised because his Aunt is in the public spotlight.
DUH, who in their right mind would list every single death in the world and discuss it?? And just because no one is discussing it here does not mean they don’t care……………….. People can discuss one particular subject
without bringing every incident of the same subject into the discussion.

That makes no sense. Shall we discuss the child who died here in town because of a bottle cap a month ago??? ANYONE??? Nope, probably not, but it was topic for discussion on the local boards.

My sincere prayers go to the family and friends of this family. SO sad, a child is an innocent, no matter what! I am sorry about the adults too, it is so senseless.
