Jennifer Hudson is offering a $100,000 reward for the safe return of her 7-year-old nephew Julian King. He’s been missing since the fatal shooting on Friday of Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother. The AP reports:
In a statement Sunday evening from publicist Lisa Kasteler, Jennifer Hudson appealed to the public for its help, offering the reward and asking that any information be given to Chicago police.
“Jennifer and her family appreciate the enormous amount of love, support and prayers they have received while she and her family try to cope with this tragedy and continue the search for Julian,” the statement said.
Chicago police ramped up search efforts for Julian around the Englewood neighborhood, where Hudson grew up, and transferred custody of a “person of interest” in the killings to state authorities.
“Detectives are working 24 hours on this case,” said Chicago police spokeswoman Monique Bond. “There’s a lot of forensic evidence. We have to work the evidence and try and solve this case. Most importantly, we want to find the child.”
Attached are the latest pics of Julian and what he was last seen wearing before he went missing. Authorities believe he’s been taken across state lines, but the murder suspect in custody, William Balfour, is refusing to cooperate with law enforcement. The FBI is now involved with the investigation.

Problem: Murder suspect not cooperating with authorities with a missing/possibly dead child out there.
Solution: Turn off the cameras and microphones for 15 minutes due to “unexpected maintenance” and take him out back for a “chat.” Seriously, if you’ve got enough evidence against a guy to convict him for murder without having to even talk to the guy, there should be some exception in the law that lets you beat the living shit out of him until he gives up the whereabouts of his bargaining chip. Might not be able to prosecute him for kidnapping, but if he gets a life sentence for murder, who cares?

So for you to so rudely assume that we arent volunteering or caring, just because we are also worried about this 7 year old child, is beyond rude, and almost incomprehensible, and you are the reason children these days are getting hurt, because people like you are out there, not caring about a 7 year old boy, who is probably so scared right now.
