People magazine reports that Jack Black has eloped with Tanya Haden, providing absolutely no other information about the marriage except that Tanya’s dad said, “They love each other very much. We’re thrilled.”
It’s kind of amazing that Jack Black is capable of dating an actual woman, let alone convincing her to marry him. He’s funny and all, but I imagine living with him to be like living with a hyperactive monkey. When he’s not making weird faces or running around in his underwear, he’s probably taking a crap on your laundry.

Jack Black was on Howard Stern talking about her. He somewhat eluded to this being a permanent thing. She is far from looking like Gwyneth Paltrow’s character in “Shallow Hal.”

I know Tanya. She is the sweetest girl you’ll ever meet. There is not a pretensious, self-serving, or mean bone in her entire body! (for the jealous idiots who make mean assumptions!) I think that’s why Jack fell in love with her. She’s genuine.
Besides, she may not be on the commercial status level as Jack, YET, but all of us in LA know she is extremely talented, albeit a little shy. Her music and artwork already had a following long before she got serious with Jack. All of her friends wish her all the best. She’s someone who truly deserves happiness in her life, and now that she may have found some, everyone can’t wait to see and hear what new creative flow might come out of her. She’s got it.
