Normally when I write “So and So is Pregnant” in a headline, it’s followed by almost serial killer-esque details that turn out to be way off because I don’t understand water retention on account of blood not sloughing out of me every four weeks. This isn’t one of those times. Via HuffPost:
In a special first anniversary post, Duff, 23, wrote how she can’t believe how fast time has flown by with Comrie, who plays ice hockey for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and added the happy news.
“We also want to share the exciting news that… BABY MAKES THREE!!! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives,” she wrote.
I’m sure a lot of you (who slough) are wondering how Hilary Duff managed to get pregnant exactly in time for her first wedding anniversary, but there’s a very simple trick to it. And if you’re thinking, “Oh, great, he’s going to link to that time she blew her fiance right after he proposed again,” how dare you? … For being right.

The questionable marriage on the whole is what makes this whole thing disturbing. Billionaire-heir, would-be athlete, furniture imports that are not really imported, criminal charges and suspicions, infidelity on a professional level. I don’t know where to begin. Unfortunately, this relationship has apparently not been liked since it started and the reasons seem increasingly obvious, but there would be benefits to Hilary for being involved with this guy and she has proven not to be a bright mind in her life. So, what can anyone do? Watch this sicko show play out? Seriously.
