OMG, I was really hoping after those ten surgeries she had that after a little while the swelling would go down and she would look okay again, she looks horrible. I don’t say that to just hate on her, but I mean I can’t stand to even look at her. She was so pretty before and now she looks strange to put it nicely. It is something to do with her eyes and eyebrows. I never liked Spencer but I always thought Heidi was okay, I thought she was so pretty a little dumb, but pretty and now she doesn’t even have that going for her. I don’t see her career doing anything after the hills is over now that she has ruined her face. Her body looks like a porn star, but her face isn’t even pretty enough anymore to do porn, or I mean I guess she could do like cheap porn but not like Jenna Jameson porn. She looks a lot older now too…It’s like she is a human muppet like she should of been on Fraggle Rock or something. It’s sad, I feel bad for her but she has really ruined her looks.
