Despite Oliver Martinez punching his beautiful French Canadian face into a Picasso, Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry surprisingly reached a speedy agreement yesterday that will allow Gabriel to still see his daughter Nahla which means Halle Berry is dead. She died. That’s the only way this could’ve happened. RadarOnline reports:
According to sources connected to the case: “Olivier will NOT be present in the future during the times that Nahla is dropped off and picked up between Gabriel and Halle. This was very important to Gabe going forward because he feared for his safety. Gabe was supposed to have Nahla on Thanksgiving, according to their custody agreement, but Halle asked if she could have the little girl that day and Gabe said yes. He had no obligation to do so, but he had been acting in good faith and knew it meant a lot to Halle, so he did it. Gabe was absolutely blindsided by Olivier and his rage.”
So even though Halle Berry’s spent every waking moment since they broke up trying to screw him out of his seeing his daughter, Gabriel still was the bigger man and brought the kid over early on Thanksgiving only to get thanked with a face full of pavement by a former boxer. I want to say at least this had a happy ending, but I’m not seeing the part where Halle and Olivier get eaten by bears. Seems to be missing from my report…

Just because the police department put something in their writeup doesn’t make it true. Gabriel’s version of what happened seems way more plausible. Oliver obviously knows how to fight, if Gabriel really came at him it would be easy for him to stop him quickly. The pictures of Gabriel’s face tell me that it wasnt a simple knock out and that Oliver went a little overboard.
They aren’t pressing charges because they re celebrities and they (Halle, Oliver, & Gabriel) don’t want to draw this out. If they regular ppl charges would be laid

Just to get all legal on you, even if Aubry was the initial aggressor, the amount of force that can be legally used is the minimum required to thwart the attack. As opposed to, say, slamming the dude’s face into the driveway a bunch of times. So, Olivier probably should be keeping a low profile and hoping Berry can smooth everything over.
This is why men and women you need to pick very carefully who you sleep with and especially have kids with. Gabriel should have vetted Halle Berry like she was being considered to be a Supreme Court justice or like she was applying for a mortgage. Now he is stuck with crazy forever.
