Keep 'em like that, but move one arm on top of the other so you can fold your hands. Bend your folded hands downwards, towards yourself. Keep bending till you can put one elbow over the other.. If done correctly, you should now be looking at a noose of sorts.. If you can poke your head through that, congratulations.. Not many can.. Guess that's my only talent..
