Well has anyone actually said no to this? And just flip out and knock the tray out of the waiter's hands, throw the disgusting pepsi in his face and tell him "WELL IS THAT OKAY? GARCON !!!!"

Ew, poor you. My doctor took me off it last year. I almost lasted a week. I don't know how people can not have caffeine, especially in the morning. It hurt the most to not have a coffee. On the up side, it was the first time I had gone to bed before 11 in years. But I couldn't do it. Sleep isn't that worth it.
