New court documents in the Courtney Love/Frances Bean debacle suggest domestic violence might’ve been a factor in placing Frances in the care of her grandparents. Because having a junkie mom who presumably had a hand in your dad’s death wasn’t bad enough. TMZ reports:
Now we have new docs filed by the guardianship asking to seal all court documents that relate “to a minor and allegations of domestic violence.” The papers do not get specific, but they do refer to sealing Frances Bean’s medical records. The docs also say, “In this proceeding, every document reveals details of Frances’s (sic) relationship with her mother.”
As we already reported the judge issued a temporary restraining order, prohibiting Love from having contact with her daughter. According to the new docs, the TRO “…restrains Courtney Love Cobain, from certain behavior and from coming within a certain distance of Frances and her guardians.”
What’s the most surprising out of all this is that some social worker didn’t briefly glance at Courtney Love and immediately send an entire SWAT team to yank Frances out of her uterus 17 years ago. That’s the main reason I know Batman doesn’t exist because he would’ve handled that shit. And also showed up at my birthday party the year I got braces. Asshole.

well, courtney has a record of physical assaults, and she seems especially fond of assaulting other females. this is sad if she couldn’t control herself long enough to keep her mitts off her own daughter. hitting your seventeen year old? unacceptable. miss love has a volatile personality, a demonstrated lack of self control, extreme self centered-ness, large depgree of self absorption, and many, many prior traumas. add drugs and alcohol and you have a recipe for abuse to easily occur. the parent who abuses often times SINCERELY LOVES their child and does not think they’ve done anything wrong or, if they admit they have, that “the kid was asking for it” and “anyone else would have done the same. ” this is why abusive patterns are so difficult to break. court’s an incredible song writer and actress but this is prob for the best if they have been separated. maybe they can reunite later after everyone calms down.
