Despite the brilliant legal maneuver of arriving to court with a prostitute (above), Charlie Sheen was unable to obtain full custody of his twin sons even after their mother Brooke Mueller was filmed pawning random items for crack and checked herself into rehab over the weekend. RadarOnline reports:
Despite appearing “unsteady on her feet” and “glassy eyed” Mueller was all smiles as she left the court house – but was keeping mum – telling RadarOnline.com: “No comment” when asked if she was pleased with the decision.
A source says that while Mueller undergoes drug treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility, her mother will provide primary care for the boys.
So basically everything stayed exactly the way it is while everyone waits for Charlie Sheen to die any minute now and stop suing for custody. There’s no way that’s not the game plan here. The judge probably has a file that’s nothing but a drawing of Charlie with X’s for eyes.

Sheen is a crackhead, an abusive and unrepentant one, whereas his ex-wife is seeking help. The judge’s decision was the right one.
Finally a verdict in the case of Crackhead v. Cokehead.
He just wants full custody, so he will not have to pay child support. They were only married a couple years, so he will only have to pay spousal support for a couple years. Biggest problem for him getting custody, is that he never spent much time with the kids. (half the marriage term)
