Hirsch tells TMZ … “Whether you agree with the verdict or not, Casey will want to move forward with her life and has a right to make a living. It’s not going to be easy for her and we believe we can help her make the transition into a new life.”
Hirsch added, “The important thing is Casey was found innocent by a jury of her peers, so it’s time to let this poor woman regain her dignity by taking two cocks to the ass, and possibly one to the face. I would totally bang this broad and let me tell you why…
1) No kid to worry about anymore. When you sleep with single mothers or when you have kids of your own it is hard to view the women as a sex object when you see her dealing with her kids day to day. One minute she is changing a diaper and kissing a boo boo and the next she is supposed to be your naughty nurse, it is hard to clear the first thought with the second. With Casey you wouldn’t have to worry about that anymore.

The cool thing about the redneck part is that they are hard drinking, undereducated, and think Jacksonville is an awesome city. 6) No matter what happens between us I can never be the bad guy in the relationship. When you can end every argument with, “well at least I didn’t (allegegly) kill my kid” you win every time. I could cheat on her with her friends on a weekly basis, steal her car, and get caught peddling naked pictures of her on the internet … none of it would be worse than what she (allegedly) did. I never thought it was possible to have an upper hand forever in a relationship but this seems to be the only way.

In fact, this girl got almost zero play in the mainstream media until they picked it up earlier this year. Why? Nobody cared about all the motions and the pre-trial wrangling that went on for a good two years before the trial started.

@Bringbackbabalu What’s really troubling is that, yes, the prosecution could not prove 1st degree murder but the judge offered the jury the option of choosing a lesser charge. They could have chosen 2nd degree or 3rd degree but they didn’t do that. Esentially saying that she had NOTHING to do with her child’s death nor was there any form of neglect. Is she a doctor? Did she absolutely know her child was dead (if you’re buying the drowning story)? If you don’t call the paramedics after you find your child in a situation like this it would be neglect or abuse. The prosecution did not have to prove, without a doubt, that she was guilty. Just without a “reasonable” doubt. And I think they did that. Hell, Casey’s behavior alone was proof of neglect at the least. And how can you be found guilty of lying about everything having to do with a murder investigation but not guilty of anything to do with the murder?
The system failed or the jurors failed. I have no emotional attachment to the case but I can see that this was not justice.
