Listen up. Send the piñata back. Cancel the caterers. Britney Spears will probably get her kids back soon. Her lawyers talked to the press today about the reasons for the temporary loss of custody, and it looks like things aren’t that scandalous. Reuters reports:
Spears’s attorney, Sorrell Trope, told People magazine that they were not able to prove compliance.
“Specifically the judge ordered that by 10 a.m. (Monday) morning, both parties show valid California driving licenses. I’ve been unable to produce evidence of that,” he said.
Trope said another reason behind the judge’s temporary custody ruling “was a claim by Mr. Federline’s attorney that she had not complied with a previous order the court had made – before I came on board (as lawyer) — about having a random drug and alcohol test.”
“There’s no evidence that she actually failed a test,” he added.
So Britney Spears pretty much couldn’t pee in cup or stand in line at the DMV within a reasonable amount of time in order to maintain custody of her children. I wonder what her thought process was like: Hmm, I could either pee in a cup this morning or lose my kids. Damn, this is really hard. If I pee in the cup, that means I might be late to McDonald’s and miss out on a McMuffin. But if I don’t go, they take my kids. What do I love more? Eggs and bacon on an English muffin or my own children? Do other moms have to make tough decisions like this? Probably not. It only happens to me because I’m Britney, bitch.
All that money and she has an innate talent for finding the most butt-ugly clothing on the planet. She could be cute if she wore decent clothes, but every frock I’ve seen her in is worse than the last. My cat dresses better than this vapid piece of crap.
It’s one thing if you don’t want children. Don’t have them. Once you do have them, you’re pretty much committed for the next 18 to 23 years. Two little kids are not so easy to be around, raise, or tolerate if your heart isn’t in it. I have 4 year old twins and even though I love them to pieces there are days when getting through the day, with my sanity intact and my children clean, fed and entertained. And maybe even haveing some fun or doing something to instill some humanity into them… Kids are black holes of need, and it’s obvious Brit just was not ready to parent her kids.

Not so! She was also ordered to sign and turn over a paper for court-ordered psychological testing and didn’t comply and she was apparently photographed drinking alcohol within 12 hours of her visitation with the children on top of refusing to take the drug test. Some of these things that just piss the commissioner off are not easy to correct and could hurt her badly in the end. The psychological test results of the parents are used to determine permanent custody and she will probably not get custody at all if she doesn’t consent to the test. Refusing to take the drug test is considered an admission of drug usage. These commissioners work thousands of these divorce cases and if Brit thinks she is going to snow them she will be sorry in the end.
I dunno man, this Britney apocalyptic meltdown thing is getting old. In fact two years from now everyone’s going to wonder why we bothered paying attention to Brit, Paris and Lindsay at all.

so typical of her…a few posts back she actually did not look so bad with the shorts on holding the dog. However now a day later, she looks like a piece of crap. No makeup, probably no shower, no fixing up the hair and go figure…a can of Red Bull. (Gee, what’s that mixed with??) She will never pull herself together physicall, emotionally or professionally. personally i don’t think that either Britney or Kevin deserve those kids. these kids are being put through on of the worst divorce proceeding ever. they have to watch their mother having psycotic breakdowns and they have a father who is too concered with his career and getting money from britney. no kid should ever have to see their parents fighting like this, especialy as young as jayden and sean. Someone needs to stop this crazy shit and figure out what’s best for the kids not for the adults.
