a lot of people got rich off of this girl, her mother included. she was exploited as much as anyone could be exploited as a teenager, pushed and pulled by everyone never allowed to grow up, go to school and learn how to properly act in society.

and this pathetic display is what happens when everyones made their money off of her and leaves this girl to fend for herself. if what happened to britney doesnt border on child abuse i dont know what does. there is no way this girl is ready to be a parent. this is the same shit that happened to michael jackson and we all saw how that story ended up.

Seeing as there’s another Lil’ Britney in the works (can’t remember her sister’s name) I’d say the only thing her mother has learned is that ‘abusing’/exploiting children can be pretty lucrative.

The part where Matt Lauer tries to address her redneckness and she says she makes good tea and talks about Madonna and reinvention scares me. It really does.

not a fan of hers, but, the thing is that she got herself in that problem for trying to get a family when she obviosuly, wasn’t ready. She could asked some help, but, she didn’t want it or she doens’t get the help she really needs. as a fact, mostly young mothers are clueless teh first time, but, we learn, whether by the advices we got or watching others. Britney has none of those: her life has been a magical protected life of the HOllywood glamour, but nothing of the reality of life as we known it. And all of a sudden, she wanted that: so, she doesn’t know how to handle. People has done things for her mostly of her life, and now she’s alone, she has no idea. And the hubby isn’t helping either :S
Of course, there is no excuse for look like that… someone needs to tell her she doesn’t have the 16years old hot body she used to.

The whole interview was a trainwreck to watch. We all thought she was a dumb bitch. Now we KNOW she’s a dumb bitch. The most irritating thing about it was how she would go in and out of her southern accent. It was so put on! Totally reminded me of Madonna and her fake British accent.

I never loved nor hated Britney, and I don’t now. I just feel pity. What with all the dumb things she said during this interview, she really did make one smart analysis: everything started going downhill after her break-up with Justin. I really think that she’s capable of turning all this around, and the first step is to get rid of Mr. K-Fed.

Hee hee…. funny. I’m not feeling sorry for Britney. I know she’s still young, but she doesn’t know enough to not dress like a skank for a national TV interview? And to spit out her gum, fer the love of cheese? Just those two things would have helped enormously to repair her image as a simpleton. Well, that horse is long gone now.

She needs to hire a fashion consultant who will force her to stop clip-clopping around in those ugly shoes she wears, to brush her goddam hair, to wear a bra fer chrissake (when the hooters are that big, they need some support unless you want them hanging to your waist before you’re 30), to dress like the adult she is (chronologically) instead of like a truck stop hooker. Jebus, in my lifetime I won’t make as much money as she does in a year and I dress better than she does. There’s just no excuse. Stacy and Clinton need to do an intervention on her hayseed ass. If they can make ordinary humans look good with $5,000, imagine what they could do with Britney’s millions?

Then, she needs to get an education. Spend all that money on improving her mind (to the extent that’s possible), instead of wasting it on producing more crappy music. She is (in her current incarnation) proof undeniable that some people deserve to be poor. Who knew Christina would turn out to be the classy one?

Let me start off by saying that I have never been a big fan of Britney, so please take that into consideration. As someone who is younger than she is, and saw her grow into the star she is, I always thought it was a shame that she did not have a great voice, but used her sexified image to sell millions of copies of her albums. When you think about it, her music catered to an eight-year old audience because I know that my friends and I thought her music was lacking in substance (like most pop).

Britney is a victim of her own fame. She was not complaining about the perks of being famous when she was on the top of the world, but now that she is portrayed negatively in the media she has something to say. I feel sorry for her because she is so naive and unaware of how hard she has fallen. Maybe it is bad Karma for being a home-wrecker, and sending mixed messages to impressionable eight year old girls for all of these years. Well, I feel sorry for Britney mostly because she has no clue. She has poor etiquette, little to no class, and looked so cheap on the camera in her recent interview. Is she going insane? I don’t dislike her, but I am definitely not jealous.

Sure, she may have a net worth of $100 million dollars, but I have something that money can’t buy…class. And who is to say that just because she is rich, she is classy? What an ignorant, unintelligible remark! I am a year younger than Britney, and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree…Britney has more money and more opportunity to surpass me in my educational accomplishments….she could go to a better college, and maybe even change the world. But wait, she’d rather sit at home and create ridiculous drama than to expand her intellectual horizons. She is not an intellect, but I know that she is not that dumb either. She cleverly manipulated a lot of people into buying her albums.

Now she has embarrassed herself…she looks cheap, has no class…and it is going to take a lot to make a comeback.

what a lot of america doesnt realize is the simple fact that most of the female celebrity population are nothing more than clothes hangers. Britney did not manipulate anyone. her agents, production companies, publicity reps, and every other company who wanted to make some cash did the manipulation. same with Paris. these little girls are nothing more than pretty faces with a lot of business people behind them, and in return for selling countless products, starlets get fame.

what people are saying about how ‘she wanted to be famous, she deserves what she gets’ is totally ignorant. who here hasnt wanted to be famous at some point in their lives? who here hasnt contradicted themselves, made an ass of themselves, embarassed themselves, or made stupid fucking decisions?

i’ve never been a fan of Britney’s, but she is human and i totally agree with the few on here who say the tabloids have gone too far. this is her first kid, people. she probably hasnt had much experience with them. that doesnt make her a bad mother at all. just an inexperienced one with really good intentions. the fact that she’s famous doesnt mean she has to be perfect. give the girl a break… she went from being America’s Sweetheart to The Girl We Love to Hate, and now she’s being fed to the wolves. if she can make another album after this, i won’t buy it and i won’t listen to it if i can help it. but i’ll be proud of her for getting back on her feet.

Although I must admit that I find Britney Spears to be both crude and down-right disgusting, I also must say that I pity her. I mean, look at her, people. It was all fun and games to crack on her when she was a superstar, but now it’s just sad. I love to hate Britney as much as the next sane person, but come on, it’s getting old as hell. Where is the excitement in making jokes about a self-proclaimed country hick who couldn’t find her way out of a Cheeto bag, much less the right end of a cigarette?

Honestly, look at the woman! She looks like she was hit by a truck, which then reversed over her a few times for good measure. I won’t ever mention that “man” she married and procreated with. I will say, though, that I feel terribly for her children and I feel that it is only right that Britney is allowed to have the chance to slink off into the shadows of C-list fame and never be heard from again.

But, alas, I fear that this day will never come if America continues to feed the fire enabling Britney to stay in the public eye. Wouldn’t it just be wonderful to NOT have to hear about Britney’s sad and disturbing life anymore? I certainly think so. And maybe if she fades into obscurity, America will be able to get rid of other such parasites living off the blood of society; i.e. Paris Hilton. Now isn’t that a fantastic thought?

I have been eagar to watch this and maybe see a different side to what i had seen in the reality show. I felt sorry for her but more than that I feel embarassed for her. I feel like she has been in the spotlight long enough to know when she is giving fuel to the media but yet the adultress husband (to his last baby’s mom), the poor hygeine, fashion sense and common sense, the very discomforting reality show and most of all this interview she is so not just making bad choices she is destroying what was once a very promising career. i have to agree with another person who commented saying she looked more mature back in her “not so innocent and hit me baby” days. and never once did she take ownership for her mothering mistakes – like putting the baby in the carseat wrong (like say oopps my bad – she just blames the media for taking acheap shot. Dr. phil is “country” and he will tell her that – better yet he needs to help her. i too am a young mother and i know it isnt easy but she has to have some self respect -especially when all eyes are on her!

i agree, agents, parents or perhaps Lawyers of britany need to step up and help her! She is a mother afterall – she really needs a lot of help for their sake. they didnt ask for this
