Britney Spears divulges her weight loss secrets! OMG! OMG! OMG!

Jesus, Britney Spears has another interview in OK! Magazine. This time she reveals her miraculous diet secrets that transformed her from Frappucino-crazed pregnant-looking lady to “Sure, I’d hit that. I guess.”:

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,” Britney, 26, tells OK!. “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

It should also be noted that Britney Spears has a personal trainer who punches her in the face anytime she tries to go to Arby’s. Did OK! Magazine leave that part out? Ha, those jokers. But, seriously, right in the face. Food for thought.

  4. I’m glad she is back on track with a healthy lifestyle. I knew she was only around 10 pounds overweight (12 to be exact) Kim Kardassian is definitely around 45 pounds overweight at 5’2″ and needs to start a serious weight loss program. Although Kim depends on girdles and body shapers to improve her figure; she will never be seen as a sexy fit celebrity at this time in her life or ever because of her bad eating habits that she obviously learned from her fat fanny mom. The best way to lose weight and keep it off forever is to be vegetarian. There is something about eating meat that makes people over eat. If one has to eat meat then fish is the best way to go.

    You are the typical fat jealous American making excuses. I have a family, a daily hour commute, and a challenging career and manage to maintain a fit body, exercise, and encourage my children to do the same. You need to limit your phone, TV, and computer time and start exercising. Take a daily walk with your children and dog. Walk to the park, jump rope, swim, frisbee, dance, etc. Quit going to fast food and plan your weekly meals over the weekend.

    Hahahahahaha, but there is sugar in rice! By the way, it’s OK to limit carbohydrates (sp sorry, English is not my mother tongue), but it’s dangerous to completely avoid them. Vegetables and most fruits are OK. Bread and pasta are not for most people. And yes, they all are sugar….

  8. I love avocados but they are mostly fat. 1 avocado (150 grams) 1 cup of avocado has 240 calories, 184 from fat! 22 grams of fat 34%. 16% saturated fat.
    Not exactly a diet food.

    Other fruits however should always be eaten, fruit sugars are good and most have 0 fat! Any diet without fruit and veggies is a joke!
    Brittany is a stupid cunt! and will certainly die soon!

    Ah, come on, give Brit Brit a break…I believe that not too far back, she was told her blood sugar was too high and that she could be a candidadte for Type Two Diabetes, so she is now watching her carbs…As we all know (or should know) all carbs turn to blood sugar and too many carbs and too little exercise is the perfect formula for getting Type Two Diabetes.

    I am pescatarian (eat fish but no meat) and never count calories or fat or anything except I make sure I get enough calcium and protein daily. It appears that if a vegetarian/pescatarian eats in moderation then one can eat anything including avocados and not get fat. I also enjoy my daily ice cream or cookies after lunch and dinner and my 1-2 beers at dinner time. It is also important to exercise regularly.

    I agree because I am also pescatarian. This does not mean that your staple should be unhealthy food like french fries and a milk shake, but yes moderation is definitely the key with regular exercise. I am no Brittney fan but I hope she continues to practice a healthy life style and also quits smoking.
