Bobbi Kristina: Foul Play Suspected, Nick Gordon Under Investigation

As Bobbi Kristina’s family decides when and if to pull the plug – And, no, they’re not doing it on the anniversary of Whitney Houston’s death. – the police are now investigating her boyfriend/adopted-brother/fake husband Nick Gordon after discovering suspicious facial injuries. TMZ reports:

WSB-TV in Atlanta says sources close to the investigation tell them the marks were on her face … and more specifically, her mouth.
As we’ve told you … multiple sources say there is a history of violence in their relationship — and their friend Max Lomas told police Nick was acting strangely before they found Bobbi Kristina.

Nick Gordon claims the injuries are from attempting to perform CPR, but this Max Lomas guy is suddenly being very talkative:

We’re told Max Lomas — the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub — arrived at around 9 AM last Saturday. He says he hung out with Nick but did not see Bobbi Kristina. He was told she was in the bedroom. Nick wandered away and Max says he didn’t pay attention to his whereabouts.
The cable guy showed sometime after 10 AM and Max says he let him in — Nick was nowhere to be seen. The cable guy said he needed access to the bedroom so Max let him in and discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He screamed for Nick, who ran in and administered CPR.
We’re told Max claims Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains.
Cops interviewed both Max and Nick and they want to debrief Max again, but our law enforcement sources say Max’s lawyer insisted on immunity before he spoke again.

For the record, this Max Lomas guy was recently arrested for drug charges (Read: “Hi, I’m probably the dealer in this mess.”) and allegedly drugging his ex-girlfriend while holding her hostage, so take everything this guy says with a grain of salt. That said, the family has confirmed Bobbi and Nick have a violent past and someone who beats his girlfriend is probably stupid enough to try and make it look like she died under the same random circumstances as her mom. “We can tell people it’s geriatrics!” he probably said before his drug dealer told him, “Genetic. The word’s genetic. And of course I won’t tell the cops anything in exchange for immunity. We’re best buds.” *texts lawyer*
