Uh, believe me, this is not “American” mentality.
If you were talking about weapons (traditional weapons, as in firearms. I acknowledge cars can be effectively considered weapons as well, but you see the point I’m making here) I’d agree, but when it comes to cars, believe me, virtually every first world country has idiots who share this mentality.
What’s worse is that, while arms fanatics will admit that their, uh, “hobby” is dangerous to them and others, car enthusiast hardly realize how potentially lethal the are – and it certainly doesn’t help that we have shit tons of movies and ad campaigns glamourizing reckless driving .

Ahah, this is so true :D
(On Larry’s defence, though, Kris Jenner is right behind him and let’s not forget about her Lube endorsement. You’d make the same face.)

For a brief, glorious moment I was very proud to read my name on The Superficial’s front page – that was until I realized that spot is usually occupied by Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan and OMG GET ME THE HELL OUT OF THERE!
