Ashlee Simpson needs makeup lessons

Ashlee Simpson recently celebrated her 21st birthday in Las Vegas and decided to mark the occasion by painting her face like a raccoon. And really, what better way to celebrate 21 years of life than by pretending to be a night-time critter that likes to rummage through other people's garbage. That's what I did when I turned 21, only replace every reference to raccoon with "alochol and strippers" and top the whole thing off with buckets of supermodel sex.
