I am so sad her son died. It all seemed very suspicious to me too. I can’t stand the site of her or her “lawyer” Howard. Has anyone checked him for credentials (sp?) as a lawyer? He doesn’t look like the smartest crayon in the box. What kind of Lawyering does he do for her. Seems like he is around her all day long. Does he practice law with an office and clients?

This is just idle speculation, but given Anna Nicole’s penchant for taking sedatives, isn’t it possible that her personal lawyer served as a pill dispenser for Anna when things got stressful? And given the stress surrounding the birth of Anna’s child, isn’t it possible the lawyer may have given a sedative or two to the son, just to calm him down?

If such a scenario led to the son’s death, Mr. Stern would be in some trouble.

Since I can’t comment on Anna Nicole’s situation without a barrage of piss flying my way, I will say that there is a very similar case involving a woman named…..Vanna Nicole and her son….Darnell. And he too died mysteriously in her hospital room. And what I think is that he and the mom were sharing the epidural and he got overjuiced. I also think that he got into a fight with the “lawyer” because he didn’t want HIM there at this family event. but then Vanna told Darnell that Harold is the baby’s father, and the lawyer and the son got into a fight and the son was killed during it, because he was too high to fight. Vanna Nicole was rolling on the pain meds, so she was useless, as always.

Apologies for the double post.

Initially I had thought the kid committed suicide. The timing and location was too suspect (days after mommy giving birth to new baby and at the very hospital). A kind of “fuck you, Mom” to a woman who never apparently had time for a son who now was going to have to share the meager attention with a newborn. However, in light of Anna’s lawyer going out of his way to let us know that she has no recollection of the event – thereby is not culpable for her actions – I tend to think she, or that leech of a lawyer Howard K. Stern, gave the kid some of mommy’s plethora of pills and he overdosed or had an allergic reaction/interaction. We are talking about Anna Nicole Smith. She probably offered the kid poppers like our mothers offer us cookies.

Ol’ Anna has suffered “memory loss” for years. She forgets she has eaten, then eats again and again. She forgets she marries a four hundred year-old uber-rich tycoon and “forgets” to go home. She forgets she already took her narcotics, then takes some more.

Given her penchant for fondling him for the cameras, she probably suffocated him with those huge, monsterous mammary glands.
