Angelina Jolie points the finger

Following the arrest of three of Angelina Jolie’s bodyguards after they allegedly roughed up parents and students at a school in India, Angelina issued a statement, saying:

“It is not surprising that the press involved failed to mention their share of the responsibility in the chaos. As for this horrible rumor that someone referred to a local man as a ‘bloody Indian,’ let me say this: I would never work with anyone that was derogatory towards another man’s race. My family is of mixed race.”

It doesn’t matter what the press was doing because they weren’t the ones pushing around children. You could throw a hundred photographers in my face and there’d never be a moment where I’d think to myself: “I really feel the need to beat up some kids and their parents.” I mean I might do it anyway, but I wouldn’t think about it. How else am I supposed to get their candy?

    thank you 53.

    also to 37, steeno

“he could be siberian for all you know. or peruvian. maybe chinese. and it’s fair that YOU label HIM a racist??”

look up the definition of racist before you open your trap. jesse jackson may be a pseudonym but it is highly contentious that such an ignorant and racially derogatory remark could be made by visible minorities (unless they are truly daft). the comment @ 19 is packed with racial hatred.

@51.. ok, lemma make sure i’m clear here. So, what you’re saying is that if someone has no commen sense we are then at liberty to rough them up?

if yes, please step up. you’re next

I think the whole situation is sad, especially these points –
    1. Filming a movie in a school during school hours. Whose genius idea was that? That school must have been seriously strapped for cash to accept that, but Brad and his production company (which is producing this movie) blew the big nut when it came to securing their film site, especially with children involved. The paparazzi should never have been allowed that close to the school in the first place.
    2. I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what they said, but I do know their bodyguards are English, and like #42 said, the term “bloody” is rather like “damn” or “f**king,” and is rather rude, but not so much offensive. I’ve blamed a bloody teacup for my tea being too hot. If the press was making this up, you’d think they’d make up something really offensive, but when you’re being paid to get your employer out of a mob and the mob is getting crazier and crazier, some anger might have slipped out.
    3. I’m really, really scared at the current trends with celebrity reporting, for two reasons – the first being someone really is going to die soon, with photogs stalking celebs to within an inch of their lives and endangering the entire public around them in order to sell a photo to….us. Secondly, Angie and Brad are the level of stars that are going to get stalked even when they’re trying to be low-key, but then you have Tom and Kate, and their embarassing white wedding in Rome, and their fleet of Celebtologists making grand appearances for Tom’s third wedding to his illegitimate baby’s momma. The public can’t hide from that if they tried.

Indians and Brits bandy the word ‘bloody’ around for every fucking thing, like they get a pound every time they say it. What’s the big fucking deal?

  8. wow, never knew she was such a bitch
