Singer Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil finally admitted they have a drug problem and checked into rehab over the weekend. Apparently Amy collapsed last week after taking a cocktail of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine and the horse tranquillizer ketamine. The Daily Mail reports:
She was reported to have been caught smoking heroin in her suite by a friend, at which point her father Mitch flipped. Taxi driver Mitch arrived the next day with his wife Janis, and Fielder-Civil’s stepfather Giles Civil and mother Georgette. According to a source close to the family, the meeting descended into a row and at one point Mr Winehouse grabbed Mr Civil by the throat. The source told a newspaper: “It broke Amy’s heart to see her parents and in-laws fighting. “That was when she realized the drink and drugs were causing problems for everyone.”
You know when I would’ve realized I had a problem? When I was taking goddamn horse tranquilizers. Yeah, taking something meant for a horse is usually a pretty good sign you need help. How is she even still alive? She weighs like 75 pounds. She must be some sort of witch. Screw rehab, we need to burn this chick at the stake. It’s the only way she can be stopped.

MDMA – is not what most people call E, Ex, Excstacy..
E,Ex,etc. will always have more amphetamine (speed mostly) cut with MDMA to provide a rushy, lengthy high. Straight MDMA (of which I’ve been privy to quantities of, should I say that on the internet?) is more of a body buzz, trippy, sit down hold hands, type of drug, nice visuals, warm and fuzzy. people cut it with speed so that it gets people off their ass and on the dancefloor – otherwise we’d all dance like hippies and go to goa parties.

yeah like ppl were saying ketamine is no big deal, neither is E or coke. i’ve tried the cocktail thing but that was a day i got carrried away, better yet, that was a really rare situation in which we were able to get ahold of all those drugs…..i understand her, man if i had that much money and easy access to all that i’d be fucked….the only one that scares me there is heroin, never used it i think all the ones before are good enough right? but i can’t judge though i think the only reason why i never tried it is because there isn’t much here in my city…i used to think coke was scary until tried it…that kind of scares me that i think like that somestimes, but i don’t use coke regularly even though it’s easier to get that here than weed, so i think i’m ok hehehe

@159 Cat – Quaaludes (note correct spelling) were not horse tranquilizers. They were more like a 6-pack in a pill – instant drunkenness.

As for lenoz, EdDebate et al. – I’ve never heard of any differentiation between E and MDMA before – congratulations on being the first to try and claim they are not one and the same! Just because E tabs are usually cut doesn’t mean that E != MDMA. (I first did E/MDMA 21 years ago, I think I know from whence I speak) That would be like saying “Blow isn’t Cocaine, it’s Cocaine cut with Manitol”. C’mon!

Ketamine IS NOT a horse tranq. It was developed as a safe replacement for PCP, as PCP makes humans behave unpredictably. They use ketamine on OLD PEOPLE and CHILDREN and on horses for short operations to keep them safely anethatised. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT before writing slander towards someone else.
