For those of you who don’t know because I didn’t post about it therefore raising the question if it ever really happened at all, Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI Friday morning after she plowed into the back of a cop car. So if you ever find yourself driving home from the bar, don’t do that. Anyway, her dad spoke to People yesterday because he apparently went to the same Hollywood parenting seminar as Dina Lohan where you enable the fuck out of your child so they’re good and morally empty for a side career in prostitution, according to maybe-Robert Downey Jr.:
“She was not drunk,” Rick Bynes tells PEOPLE. “I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn’t have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn’t drink.“
Rick Bynes claims the the cop who arrested Amanda, 26, was at fault for pulling out in front of the actress as she was turning at the West Hollywood intersection where she was cited. Rick adamantly says his daughter was not impaired, explaining that she was arrested because “she was upset and very emotional.”
In Rick Bynes defense, there’s really no greater high than a stack of money from letting grown men have sex with your underage daughter (“Allegedly!,” says theoretically cyber-RDJ.) so the thought that TMZ has video after video of his daughter drunk off her face probably never occurred to him in his state of ecstasy. Also, it’s not like Amanda Bynes is famous anymore, so he probably just assumed she’d fly right under the radar. “What’s that, sweetheart? You need a ride home from the bar again? Goddammit, Amanda, we’ve been over this: No one cares who are you anymore. Just don’t kill anybody and you’ll be fine.” *click*

Technically, she did blow a zero, as in 0.18 If she blew a one, they would have to be pushing air out of a corpses lungs.
I’ve seen a BAC of .8 still able to crawl. Depends on the tolerance level. It might be possible to live through a BAC of 1.0

I would in a college town. There are regularly students arrested with BAC’s of 0.30% and above. The highest I have ever been aware of was 0.74%. She was a raging alcoholic and almost died.

Why even bother releasing a statement? Freckle Tits wasn’t punished in any way for multiple DUIs, baby hittings, and parole violations, and she’s equally irrelevant. I can only assume that Bynes could have broken open the cop’s skull and feasted on the sweet, sweet, goo inside and only gotten a fine.
There is something wrong with girls born in 1986 (Megan Fox, Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan, Lady Gaga, Amber Heard, the olsen twins, Cassie Ventura, Maria Ozawa, Heidi Montag , Bree Olson, Leighton Meester, Jessica Stroup, Camilla Belle, Lana Del Rey, Irina Shayk ) . They are either lesbos, druggies, anorexic, porn stars, plastic surgery freaks or just plain crazy and some really hot but still crazy.
