I’m a professional dietician and I’ve seen my share of obeses. This girl could indeed lose a little weight if that was her wish – a LITTLE – talking about 10 lbs here. She is absolutely not obese and even if keeping this body fat percentage all her life she shouldn’t have any fat-related health problems in the future, granted that she eats well and exercise a little – like, say, perhaps taking long walks on the beach ;). Any doctor would say so.
In fact, this girl here is probably in better shape than any underweight supermodel you can see. I know we are told that supermodels are supposedly the standards but despite how much these girls can be beautiful, these standards are WRONG people. 25% of the underweight are naturally thin even if they eat 3 whole meals a day. Truth is, 75% of these girls need to starve themselves to be that thin.
Being healthy goes way beyond exercising alone and certainly doesn’t mean starving yourself to death.
