I don't believe that anyone should make blanket assumptions based on their own actions that other people are as unscrupulous too. Even when driving by myself, I would never make it impossible for a handicapped person to use their rightful spot. I can't tell you how many times I have had to unload my brother's wheelchair and oxygen tank (a ghastly process) and haul ass clear across the parking lot because some jackass was parked over the line "just running in" for something. Even if there is barely enough space to park a car if someone is parked that way, it is extremely fucking inconvenient to unload a wheelchair and a person.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She saves gas and only thinks she's mentally handicapped so that explains her parking decision.

Seriously go back and take a really good look at the photo, she is not on the line she is parked on the handicapped symbol which is painted in the middle of handicapped spots, so that means she is taking up at least 40% of the handicapped spot.
