Film legend Audrey Hepburn was yesterday named the most naturally beautiful woman of all time by a panel of experts.

Sorry, but no. Audrey Hepburn is not even close to being the most naturally beautiful woman of all time. No offense to her fans, but she's actually rather ugly. Her facial structure is too rounded, her cheekbones too undefined, and her eyebrows too in need of a trimming. I suppose if this list was "The Most Elf-Like Woman of all Time" then yes, she could possibly qualify for the finals. But the most naturally beautiful woman of all time? No. I really don't think so. Actually, Liv Tyler was named number two, making me think that maybe this list really is "The Most Elf-Like Woman of all Time." Honestly though, Liv Tyler truly is gorgeous and really does belong on this list. If it were down to her and Audrey (which it sort of is), my vote would definitely go with Liv. It would probably behoove her to cheer up a bit though. Turn that frown upside down, Liv. You're the second most naturally beautiful woman of all time.

It's not really a surprise that Audrey Hepburn topped this list. Being a classic dead celebrity usually wins you favor in the eyes of the old foagies that judge these things. Plus, Audrey Hepburn just sounds like a good answer. Nobody really knows what she looks like but everybody assumes that she was pretty. God forbid some hot blonde bimbo be named the most beautiful woman of all time. That would be an outrage.

Maybe men will never get the beauty of Audrey, but women adore her and aspire to be like her. She is my idol, physically and otherwise. She was gorgeous inside and out. She didn't have huge tits, what she did have was a big brain and an enormous heart. I'm so glad I know what's really important.

I am a guy and I think Audrey is so bangable. She is absolutely the epitome of beauty and class.

In terms of just Pure Natual Beauty

Young Liz Taylor

Young Brenda Sykes

obviously, this is your personal opinion...which i don't care to share. but your statement, "Nobody really knows what she looks like but everybody assumes that she was pretty" makes me think that you either don't have much in the way of intelligence or you made that statement because you needed something that sounded good to you to prove your point, in which case, the first reason - the lack of intelligence - is the only explanation for this assessment.

go pick up any book about her...yes, you may still think she's ugly, but don't guess that just because she is not alive anymore that those of us who love her looks are ASSUMING that she was pretty. you're NOT the only one who has seen her photographs and videos. those of us who love her actually own many books (among other things) about her and we have just as much right to call her beautiful as you have to call her ugly.

I wouldn't call her ugly. But she certainly wasn't beautiful - it makes me laugh - all these people who say that she was a refreshing change from the curvy bombshells around at the time Audrey came along - was she the cause of anorexia becoming more widespread? Girls aspiring to be as pixie-like?
She also had the most BORING life (except for a car accident she was involved in - she was said to be DUI )

"God forbid some hot blonde bimbo be named the most beautiful woman of all time. That would be an outrage."

Yes, God forbid that not everyone regards a blonde "bimbo" as the most beautiful example of the female form. I guess from a site called "The Superficial", I wouldn't expect anything less.

What I feel you may need when considering all of this is a little perspective on what beautiful means to other people, and how, at times, simply being a hot blonde just does not cut it in the end. I for one would rather be in the company of the kind of person Hepburn was, both physically and mentally, than with just any "hot blonde".

Am I the only one that thinks this ideal is rather boring?

Hepburn is one of the most ugliest and dumbest women ever seen....an visual impertinence !!!! Everytime i see her or a woman who looks like her i wanna throw up !!!!

Marilyn Monroe is the most beautiful woman of all times !!!! A natural beauty with a big warm heart, intelligence and a sexiness that never ever gets copied by any other woman on this planet !!!!

ps: there are many, many other people who think exactly like me

Hepburn was a beautiful woman, even more beautiful than Monroe. Monroe is not even close.

Those people calling her ugly are just jealous, fat, or ugly, or the three.
People don't be jealous or mad just because you cant be half as beautiful as her or skinny as her. My boyfriend loves her and is stunned by her beauty, most guys with good taste would say she is beautiful.

LILY only a small percentage think like you, you sound like a jealous fat girl. Most people would say she is beautiful, average,or pretty, but ugly????
Jealous..........

It is not outer beauty that makes a woman attractive. It's inner beauty. Read about Ms. Hepburn, learn about her. She was an amazing woman. While this is a very cliche quotation "it is improper to speak ill of the dead." Yes, Marilyn Monroe was sexy, but how can you even label Audrey Hepburn as an ugly elf? Do you even know of the work she did with UNISEF? Honestly, maybe if you would educate yourself and become a little less self-absorbed and shallow you would understand. No, I do not personally think Angelina Jolie is especially physically beautiful, however, she is beautiful on the inside. Take a good look at your own life. Are you doing anything especially wonderful? Something that might make a difference in this world. Until you do, you should reserve your judgement to yourself.

What are you guys talking about? Audrey was sooooooo gorgeous. She didn't have that cookie cutter beauty that people had at that time. Her looks were unique. It makes her stand out and Audrey's beauty is a million trillion times more then Marilyn Monroe

This blog is called the superficial for a reason... or maybe, it sound be called, 'The Ignorant' or 'The Obnoxious' because that's exactly what seems to be the case.

I am so sick of people judging Audrey before they have even seen one of her movies. Please. You are a terrible writer and you have no idea on what the impact of your comment actually amounted too. I know you have the right to your own opinion but you know what? I do too.

-"Being a classic dead celebrity usually wins you favor in the eyes of the old foagies that judge these things"

That was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Judging by the outcome of the list, these people have more culture and information than Tom, Dick, or Harry who couldn't even tell you the first thing about Audrey.

-"Marilyn Monroe is the most beautiful woman of all times !!!! A natural beauty with a big warm heart, intelligence and a sexiness that never ever gets copied by any other woman on this planet!"

Obviously you don't know the first thing about Audrey OR Marilyn. I can spot 12 people on the street who look and act like Marilyn Monroe but no one, NO ONE will EVER come close to who Audrey was.

Oh, and I forgot, Marilyn may have been beautiful, but let's be honest here since that seems to be what this blog is all about- Marilyn was a pretty bad actress.

Audrey Hepburn was a wonderful woman- she had a unique, subtle beauty, an impressive talent, a sparkling intelligence, a great sense of humor, she had class and style - she had it all! No one can hold a candle to her!
